- LITE-VERSION - FOCUS ON PRACTICABILITY: Compared to mirror-finish version, the standard version skip the 1-hour-hand-polishing process in order to reduce the costs. But dont worry about the quality, because other production processes are exactly the same as with the mirror finishing version dumbbells. Since there are textures made by machines on each weight plate, they cant reflect things as clearly as with mirror finishing version dumbbells, however, they are still shiny and look great.
- IMPROVE EXERCISE EFFECT: This dumbbell is made of steel, small in size, and easy to grasp. Traditional dumbbells are bulky and limiting in terms of training movements as they often bump into the body during exercise. Using this dumbbell the movements can be more precise, deepening the muscle stimulation and enhancing the training effect.
- SAFE AND FIRM DESIGN: The dumbbell is precisely cut from a single piece of high-quality steel without any welding. Each dumbbell piece is locked to the next, avoiding the problems of traditional dumbbells in which the dumbbell piece shakes due to a loose nut. The handle is made of a foam material which is safe, non-slip, does not hurt your hands, reduces hand pain caused by heavy weight, and allows you to persist in completing the training.
- SUITABLE FOR HOME USE: Convenient due to its small size, easy storage, and ability to be placed upright. It is made of steel without plastic wrap and will not emit unpleasant odors, which would usually affect the mood of your exercise. The minimalist shape and highly polished surface give people the feeling of artwork in the home. The attached rubber rings can be easily installed in the groove of the dumbbell to avoid abrasions to the floor.
- EASY WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT: No need to buy multiple dumbbells as one dumbbell can be adjusted to multiple weights at home. With its no nut design, just unscrew the plate to quickly adjust the weight. The 10lb dumbbell can be adjusted to 5lb, 7lb, 8lb 10lb. The 15lb dumbbell can be adjusted to 7lb, 10lb, 12lb 15lb. The 20lb dumbbell can be adjusted to 10lb, 14lb, 16lb and 20lb. The 30lb dumbbell can be adjusted to 15lb, 20lb, 25lb, 30lb. The 50lb dumbbell can be adjusted to 25lb, 35lb, 40lb, 50lb.

First class barbells
Color: 20LB Pair (2×20LB Standard-Finish)
Gave as a Christmas present and the recipient was most pleased. Liked the foam grips and the attractive look of the barbells. Weights are easily changed to accommodate the needs of the user. Worth the extra price compared to other barbells.

exactly what I wanted
Color: 20LB Pair (2×20LB Standard-Finish)
I travel every week for work and stay in hotels. After a few years of sedentary life, I decided I needed to get my act together. I don’t like hotel gyms and knew I wouldn’t actually locate a local gym and go which left me with working out in my room. I got the 20lb set and like how compact the dumbbells are and that I can buy more weight plates to increase versatility. They don’t take up much room in my vehicle and aren’t nearly as bulky as some other adjustable dumbbells. I screw on/off plates multiple times per workout 4x/wk and there are no issues with the threads so far (2 months in). They’re definitely pricey but seem to be of good quality.

Sleek, Compact, and Perfect
Color: 20LB Pair (2×20LB Standard-Finish)
Love these dumbbells - incredibly easy to adjust, and not as cumbersome as some of the larger adjustable dumbbell sets. The rubber grips between each weight make it easy to keep them on the floor without any damage to the weights or the floor. Highly recommend.

Stronger Already!
Color: 20LB Pair (2×20LB Standard-Finish)
I purchased the 20 lb. pair. I was in PT, and I progressed quickly with these weights. I appreciated having multiple weight to use in one set. It was much better than buying each weight individually. The handle was lightly padded and adequately comfortable. I kept the styrofoam the weights came in for easy storage when they are not in use. It takes a little time to screw on the desired weight, and I am sort of impatient. So it helps me to break up my exercises each day by amount of weight used. That way I'm not spending a lot of time switching the weights as I change exercises. I do wish they sold additional weights to connect to these. (Oops, see edit below.) I'm about at the point of needing more weight, and two of the 50 lbs are $400! Ouch. I like these weights, but that is hella expensive. So, I'm not sure if I will continue with this brand or find something new for heavier weights. But overall, I am happy with this purchase! EDITED TO ADD: There ARE additional weight plates to purchase for these! If you contact the seller, they will give you the link and let you know which work best with the weight set you purchased! Woot woot!

Pretty cool weights
Color: 20LB Pair (2×20LB Standard-Finish)
I’ve wanted a set of heavier weights for awhile. This set gives me a flexible option and easy storage. Just got them and am very pleased so far. The padded hand grip is a nice option. I have no idea if these are a good value. I bought them because they are what I wanted

Best Adjustable Dumbbell Set
Color: 20LB Pair (2×20LB Standard-Finish)
I LOVE these Northdeer Dumbbells! I ordered the 20lbs set and two of the 50lbs dumbbells. This way in only two sets, I can go from 10bls to 50lbs and that is all I really need. They look great and are very compact. The weight plates come on and off easily, so doing progressive sets is no problem. Since they are compact they don't take up too much space in my small workout area. I had been looking at hex sets but I am glad to have found these!

Love compact size
Color: 20LB Pair (2×20LB Standard-Finish)
Replaced my giant black and red adjustable barbells. These are so compact. Not as convenient as true adjustable dial kind, but I still like these better. Diminutive space.
