This arrived well packed in styrofoam and cardboard and was in pristine condition when unpacked. It looks very spacious for a 3.5 cf freezer with two large hanging baskets. Plugged in, it starts right up, lights on, but I can't hear the motor at all. All in all, for an inexpensive freezer um very happy.

Like everything about it. Very quiet, works well, lots of room for my needs and 2 baskets to use. Also one can write on the top! Nice looking. I like it so much instead of keeping in the garage I put it in my living room. Very useful there as near the kitchen.

Freezer is doing great. Markers that came with it were dried out upon delivery. Never got to use them. That was a bummer. And you cant use standard dry erase markers which is also a bummer. I have to portion my food to freeze due to medical reasons so those markers were a plus for me to write what i had in the freezer. So that was disappointing. Over all freezer is doing great!!

Easy to install. I left it open for24 hours and cleaned the inside. Then I plug it and when ready I added food. It works well. I think a thermometer should be included inside.
