I NEVER over $25 for a back pack but I was sold and bought it. I love it and it’s a great bag to hold everything I have. I work in healthcare and it holds so much.

It's pretty comfortable, and definitely can tell a difference in being cut for women. However, the outside pocket is only on the top third.. meaning if you put anything in it, then open it to use those items, like pens.. it's gonna all fall out because the bag is top heavy and easily off balance. It doesn't really have a solid base to be able to "hold itself up" as the features claim... the somewhat structured back pad just helps it all fall faster once it starts to tip a little. It's quite annoying to be honest. Never had to fiddle so much with my 15 year old Wasatch Northface backpack, and it had bigger pockets that went all the way down so the weight distribution was heavy on the bottom. THAT is what makes it easy to set up. I ended up having to buy a little pouch to hold my pens and just toss it in the bigger main pocket now. Overall I like the look (but also why don't we get a nice dark grey or brown?) and it's comfortable to wear.. though I still think my old Wasatch was more comfortable (but the strap finally gave out after 15 years, it lasting so long and being the most comfortable bag ever is why I stuck with Northface). This bag holds way less in it overall, but I need to carry less anyways so it just forced me to pack lighter. Better for your back anyways. If you need to carry a lot though, this isn't the bag for you. Tablet, one, maybe two, 1.5" binder and 2-3 spiral notebooks are pretty much it. Also, I have a 40oz ironflask canteen that does fit in the drink holders if anyone is wondering about theirs fitting. It's tight, but it fits!
