The seat leaves much to be desired, but more than that, it’s just an inch or two too tall for me. THE CRANK PULLER ARRIVED 1/25/22 AND THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED. I AM OF THE OPINION THAT THE PERIOD OF TIME,18 DAYS, IS FAR TOO LONG TO BE CONSIDERED “SERVICE”. The bike itself is ok. However, iFIT is horrible. It is really not designed to go with type of bike. If you don’t use iFIT, the screen shows a white oval like a bike track. Also the fan is rather noisy. We returned the bike. I think for Nordi track chargers for this bike, it could be so much better. They need to dump iFIT and write their own software for this bike like a bike in a gym has. ... show more

Ordered this bike on a recommendation from a friend. Bike was fine but didn't fit my wife no matter what adjustments we made, so we decided to return it. Only received a partial refund. Also, your workout tablet software nonsense is just that. Get bent.

The bike is sturdy but doesn't work. Was charged to return an item that arrived non-functional, and they refused to exchange or repair. Any agreement such as warranty from ICON fitness may as well be written on toilet paper. Would rate less than 1 star if available. I don't know what happened to this company.
