I got these for my son because the description said they are chewable. They not really. You bite down and there is “pop” in your mouth and a hard-like coating ends up in your mouth. You are better off just swallowing it. However, it is still a good product.

This is a great product as far as ingredients and easy to take for kids. Although my son hates the taste lol. I bought them in hopes it would help with his adhd, unfortunately I didn’t see any difference on or off of these. But regardless they’re still good for them!

It’s my second time purchasing Nordic fish oils , Theses are not that mini but do smell great , and my kids don’t have any problems taking them. it’s a trusted brand just little pricey !

I have had to end up taking these instead of being able to give these to our adopted Autistic son. I gave him his new capsules and he tried to chew these (like they say you can), and then they made a loud pop in his mouth that scared him so bad he freaked out and threw the other one across the room and he then spit the capsule shell out of his mouth. They also are really kind of hard to chew outsides to the capsules. When I tried to chew one afterwards and realized he probably had to use a lot of jaw strength for his little jaws which could have hurt (at least to him once it did pop open). I wish Nordic would just make a chewable or something more like other chewable/ gummies. At least for the next level up in elementary school age kids. :( Sadly, we are now trying other brands because the flavor was also not enough to sell him on using these even after I pierced the capsule for him, seeing the capsule again actually caused him to have another melt down. :( We used the orange flavored soft jelly like Nordic Naturals for as long as we could because he is small for his age. And now because there is nothing similar to that or a gummy for his next age level we have to leave this brand behind.
