This lift kit is pretty decent it rides smooth the tie rod doesn’t all the way into the holes on the spindles tho so I have to get a nylon washer to make sure it stays on. It took me most the day to put it on the cart with another guy it’s harder then they make it look on the videos. The directions eat ass so don’t depend on them to much. I just have to do alittle adjustments on the chamfer and it’ll good to go ... show more

    • Slight alteration
Lift kit fit my1995 club car ds well. I had to make a some alterations 1) had to drill out lower shock mount from 5/16 to 3/8”. 2) the holes in the sac plate didn’t line up with the mounting bolts, had to enlarge them to make it fit. Also the nylock nuts for lower heim joints that were included with kit were coarse thread, they should have been fine thread. The bolts that go into the centering plate were metric and small enough that the plate could move around, so, I used 1/4” bolts ( which is what the instructions called for). One more thing, when I ordered the kit it specifically said that it wouldn’t work with a shock that has a round bottom mount. So, I ordered a set of shocks for a 1997 model (they have a stud bottom mount) to make the kit work. When I received the kit it had conversion mounts to go from round bottom to stud bottom shocks. If I had known that I could have saved $60 for new shocks! All in though the kit fit. Oh yeah, also the ground strap from motor to frame is to short for 6” lift, will have to buy a longer ground strap. ... show more
