These taste good and I think they help with sleep, but I take them anyway. I have bought these like 4 times and JUST looked at the label. Second ingredient is SUCROSE aka table sugar. So, either they are full of sugar OR the maker doesn't know the difference between sucrose and sucralose, which is also a problem. At any rate, I wanted a sugar free option and these aren't it.
