I just got this and took a teaspoon dose this morning. I can’t speak yet of its effectiveness. I will review again after taking it consistently for at least a few weeks. I wanted to post this right away though regarding the taste. The lemon does make it easier to swallow but this is fish oil! It tastes like fish oil! Make sure you have something to chase it down with 😂 I’m not a person who likes fish besides salmon and halibut, etc. you know, the fish that isn’t very fishy. I will still force myself to take it everyday because I believe the benefits will outweigh the taste. I like how it’s in liquid form so I feel like my body will absorb the nutrients. That’s all for now!

I just can't do it. Its thick. It was difficult to get down. Haha. The flavor was not super fishy but it was still kind of fishy. Kind of like a really fresh fish and lemon. I tried mixing it in with some food but it's still so strong I can't do it. I ordered this liquid because I don't like capsules but I think i will go back to the capsules. On a positive note, you get a decent amount of oil for the price. Super affordable. The packaging was great. The glass bottle is really heavy duty and sealed nicely. I will definitely keep the glass bottle after it's empty.
