I bought this on a whim to deal with a reoccurring hamstring injury. This product is simple but well engineered. The padding is firm and in the right places. The cam lock on the webbing is very easy to use and makes the unit adjustable to meet all needs. After many weeks of using the it and many intense workouts my hammys are stronger.     • It works but the round door stop is too small.

This works pretty well, especially for the price, but the round door stopper compresses under tension and has almost pulled under the door a couple of times. As a side note, the default setting for the adjustable strap was for about a size 14 shoe. Bigfoot must be alive somewhere....

I’ve been very happy with how effective this is at targeting the hamstrings. It is well constructed and super simple to set up, adjust, and start using. I’ve also enjoyed using it as an anchor for core exercises to allow me to add weight to sit-ups etc. I would definitely purchase this again.

Before I bought this I would use an end table and a bunch of weights to do my Nordics. This has helped a lot for much less money than the Nordic specific tables. Works great, just need a pillow under your knees for some cushion. I weigh 160lbs and have no issues with the strap. I highly recommend!

After watching videos online about the nordic curl, I wanted to try to accomplish it. I have owned this for two months and am still working towards that goal but progressing. Device works as expected and is sturdy, but I recommend buying a pad of some sort for your knees if you are using this for a nordic curl.
