It’s the perfect height and very stable. Has non slip grip on legs. It’s super cute for a farm house decor. The only thing I’m not liking about it is that if I put my weight in the center it gives way a little and makes me feel a bit uncomfortable, like it could give way under me. I weigh 145#. I have other very similar stools and they are completely solid when I step in them. Otherwise I love the stool.

I purchased this stool because being 5' 3", I have a hard time reaching all the way into the washer to pick up the smaller items like socks. This stool folds flat and I place it between the washer and dryer for ease of use. It also aids me when I need to reach the drying bar, where I hang clothes to air dry.

This stool is 1” higher than most I found, opens and folds up easily, has an attractive design and, most importantly, fits on the top step next to our RVs bunk beds so that shorter folks can get into it! It will also be doing double duty in the living/kitchen area to allow those same shorter people to get into the cabinet over the refrigerator and to reach some of the top shelves. This is a small, space saving and very affordable stool, so those are pros! We returned it though for the following reasons: It’s plastic that does not feel terribly sturdy. I bought it for my 2 year old who weighs 31 lbs. It’s nice that he can carry it around being so lightweight, but it just doesn’t seem like it will hold well under his weight with more use. It also pinched his fingers first use and I almost did the same after I helped him so I don’t know how kid friendly the fold up feature is. The price is cheap and I almost kept it just because of that, but we opted to replace instead with a more sturdy stool where I have less fear of him falling off or slipping

TERRIBLE- when open does not secure in any way to stay open… will collapse on you when u stand on it. I bought 2 and didn’t realize this until after return period. So unsafe I TRASHED them versus donating. TOTAL WASTE OF MY $
