I just purhcased a 92" white leather sofa and, I have pets. I have 2 dogs and a cat who like to jump on and off the sofa, at times with dirt and sharp nails. I also work on my laptop on my sofa, watch TV, take an occasional nap, and sometimes even eat while sitting on the sofa watching TV. I purchased the largest size (91" x 134") but I think I may have been okay with the 71" x 134". The front starts a few inches from the floor and, after draping it over the sofa, the back comes almost to the floor as well. I don't think I need to cover that much but, I would rather it cover more than be too short. The little plastic dots on the back side really help keep this in place which makes this much better than any of those sofa covers that keep sliding around or sliding completely off. That's just what I'm trying to avoid.....constantly adjusting it all day. It's a little more expensive than some of the others because of that but it's worth it! I purchased the off white color to match my leather sofa and it has a very attractive herring bone design. I can't speak to the aspects of water resistance or if it's easy to clean as I just got it today. It is soft to the touch and I read that it is washable, so I'm sure it will be fine. I read a review about a different sofa cover that shrunk a lot after washing. So much, it no longer fit the sofa.! I have not read any reviews for this product that complains of shrinkage. Another reason I purchased this one. It's nice and thick, and the fringe is nice. It really does the job protecting my almost $3,000 sofa from dirt, scratches and anything else. It will lengthen the life of my sofa, making it a good investment. When guests come over, you simply take it off. I feel it allows me to enjoy living life with my pets, have peace of mind, and I would highly recommend it.!

I have 2 messy dogs and this works pretty well to protect our couch from their dust, mud, hair, nail catches, etc. It has rubber spots on the back to help hold it in place but it still slides down rather quickly, which disappointed me a bit but I can just fix it every few days. The fabric is starting to fray a bit and I haven't had it very long. It's very soft, and fashionable too.

We have a Great Pyrenees and has decided to make our loveseat his new bed. We needed to protect the leather and have struggled to find something that actually stays in place until this great throw blanket! It looks nice, is easy to take on and off of the couch when not in use and will be ordering another one! Great product!!!! (To note - our dog is 115 pounds and it stays put with him climbing up on the couch and shifting which is really impressive!)

I got the X large and 91” deep for my overstuffed 6’ sofa. The backing of the cover really does keep it in place. I bought this particular cover because it stated it was sturdy enough to stand up to dogs and cats. It is. I have 2 medium + dogs and a very active cat. My couch is often used by them as a run and jump point in their play. This cover just stays put! The cat loves to reach up with his claws and stretch and it leaves no marks or pulled threads. This is a great cover for those of us with 4-legged kids!

I ordered this couch cover for the exact reason advertised - to protect my couch from 2 cats. In my case specifically, to make cleaning any collected cat hair much easier - and to prevent pilling on the couch fabric. I wanted something that looks as nice as the couch, is easy to wash, and essentially doesn't make the couch less enjoyable. This couch cover checked all the boxes I wanted, and did so at a very reasonable price point. The fabric for this cover is soft yet feels durable, and doesn't have the polyester "feel" that I was hoping to avoid. The stitching pattern is visually attractive, and gives it a nicely designed appearance so it feels like something that's adding to the couch's design - not detracting from it. Additionally, the fabric has "grips" on the back - a silicone type material that's integrated into the back of the fabric. It provides a very significant amount of grip to keep the cover in place - and importantly, it does so without impacting the overall comfort of the blanket. You can see & feel the grips along the back side of the fabric- but once laid on the couch, they don't have an effect on how the surface of the blanket feels. Overall, it's easy to recommend. I appreciate the variety of sizes and colors available, and if I decide I need to cover any other couches in my house - wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I got this couch cover not only because of its good looks, but also because it is really huge; big enough to cover our entire couch: back, seat cushions, armrests, and sides. The fabric is gorgeous with a subtle herring bone design. It feels quite thick and very soft, like velvet. The cover seems very well made, with good stitching, no loose threads, and the fringe is straight, even and well sewn. I especially like that they chose a continuous rough fringe edging instead of tassels. Over time, tassels can become increasingly frayed and misshapen, while this ruffed fringe is likely to look the same after dozens of washes. The cover comes with a no-slip underside of rubbery bumps, that really do a good job of keeping it from shifting and slipping. So far, there has been no readjusting needed, which is unheard of for couch covers in this house. We have four dogs, and now we are beginning to feel spoiled by this highly effective non-slip feature. I actually wish that the cover was about a foot taller, because the back of our couch is really high and by the time it reaches over, there's only about six inches hanging down over the back. But that is my fault, as I ordered the 71 inch instead of the 91 inch. Oops, my bad. But it's still definitely not a big issue, as despite the short overhang in back, the cover hasn't budged an inch. So far, this is the best looking, most functional, and best sized couch cover that we've used.
