Panderra braid has colour changes every 30ft to allow for easier jigging and casting, but it is what you cannot see that makes Panderra braid special. I have been using this line for months and haven’t had a line snap at all in that time. The color isn’t for everyone but I personally love it. The colors change between light blue to royal to navy and then makes its way through purple pink and white. I love the colors, but this line is so strong. I have a set of old pliers that I usually use to cut fishing line and it can’t cut this line. Had to use a razor knife to cut it. I am currently using this same line on 3 different reels. Comes in so many different lengths and weights. I use the 20lb version and love it. This line with the colors seems silly but it brings life to fishing line which is usually pretty boring. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Edit 11/13/2020 After making this review, I contacted the company about this. They asked for a video of me breaking the line with my hands and I sent it to them. They replied back saying they believe I got a faulty batch of line and asked for my address and they would be sending me out a spool of line for free. On top of that to replace my lures I lost they let me choose 2 from their line up. When I got the line I did the same test wrapping around my hands with gloves on and tried to break it. It was 10x harder to break, and this time my hands were hurting and had grooves in them. I've been using the spool they sent me heavily throwing it as if I threw any other line. It's held up really good! Very pleased with their customer service. It is great line after all! This is suppose to be 15lb braid? I just broke it with my hands. Thanks to this line I lost 2 chatter baits which puts me out about $25 in lures. First time I broke the line casting I was like eh maybe there was a fray in the line. Second time had me thinking. When to go test my uni to uni knot and broke it with my hands. Do not buy! ... show more

Caught my pb 149lb Bluefin tuna fishing with this line (multi color). The line didn’t break during numerous runs the fish had, while scraping the sides of the boat, while tangling with numerous fellow anglers lines, and most importantly, while applying heavy pressure on the line using the rail as extra leverage. I did return the blue color because it was bleeding color a little bit excessively, but the multi color was a home run. 👍 ... show more

Not quite as strong as it says but pretty dang close... biggest con is that it’s not abrasion resistant. I’d expect better quality for premium price but it is what it is. Colors don’t fade fast but they come off easily from friction. Good for light decorative use on a spinning reel

I can't give much of a review because I haven't actually used it yet but.... I did test the breaking strength and it performed better than expected. Also the colors don't bleed at all so that's a big plus. Can't wait to try it out. The only bad thing about it is not Nomad's fault. I ordered 600 yards of 40 lb but received 30 lb. Luckily the 600 yards will still fill my reel and 30 lb test just means I'll have to finesse the fish a little more. Overall still happy with my purchase ... show more

Update 3/14: I loved this braid. Between the color and how smooth it casted, I thought I was sold. However after catching only a few small-ish fish and casting less than 45 times, only about 20 of those being with a chatter bait (everything else was not even slightly heavy,) the line broke mid cast in such a random place. Not only did the line break, I lost an expensive lure on top of it all. I’m not sure if it was a weak point, or what happened, but I’ve never in my life experienced this from braid before. Very disappointed. I wanted to love this. But I have no trust in it anymore so I immediately stripped it off my reel to a braid I know I can trust. Don’t waste your money on this. Bought this to match my new bait casting reel. I tried mono line initially because I ordered this late and was going fishing. This line is so much smoother through my baitcaster than the monofilament I initially had. I adore the colors, and while there is a part of me that worries the fish may be able to see the line, I’ve just decided to add on a leader in areas I’m too nervous it may cause issues. I bought this for a setup I can’t use much during winter, so I can’t wait for spring to use it more and see what it can do. ... show more
