This little cable is just SO awesome. I keep it on my keyring, and the magnets keep the two ends neatly in place, so it's really not a hinderance to carry around. It works great to quickly charge an iPhone (or even an iPad) from another USB-C device or charger - I also use it in a pinch when I need to charge a devices from the USB-C port in my car. The quality of the product is outstanding, and after carrying it around for more than a month, it still doesn't show any sign of scratching or wear and tear, as may be expected from hanging out on a key ring. I have always liked Nomad Goods products, and I have wanted this for a while. Its great quality, with just enough heft, so this feels substantial, without being too heavy. While this may look like one of those cables they give away as a promo, this is far from that. The head is nice polished metal, and the cable is just long enough to be useful in a pinch. You can charge your headphones on the go, charge your phone from your laptop, or charge from a cars usb c port in a pinch too. Only gripe I have is that the two cables are just slightly different lengths, just enough that they don't line up the way they do in the photo. The NOMAD ChargeKey is a no-brainer if you're tired of carrying long, bulky USB-C cables around when traveling. Now I can charge my iPhone with my portable battery pack, or hook up to my MacBook Pro to transfer files without having to pack a longer cable. The two ends of the ChargeKey are metal - and magnetic, so they stay firmly attached together until manually separated, which is great. The solid metal construction should hold up well to daily use and wear, but the plug ends are exposed, and no covers were included. The metal NOMAD used on the plug ends is thick, and high-quality, so I don't see this being a problem. This feels like a premium product, and I'm very happy with my order. Bravo! ... show more

I got this to have an emergency USB C cable for times when I need to plug in my phone or other devices. This thing is great, it takes up very little space, fits on my keychain without adding a lot of weight, and feels pretty robust. I am very happy with it so far.
