These look well made and sturdy but they are very small. I feel like these will be good for dogs under 50 pounds and dogs that do not have large jaws. They would be more safe for small to medium dogs.

I have a very high energy, 20 pound dog who often gets his meals and snacks frozen to keep him occupied. We have a few standouts - the "cactus" toy has enough space for kibble in the bottom part that's locked behind frozen wet food on the top, the "ice cream cone" one is good for low-calorie pupsicles, etc. Most of the ones I've tried are made of a nylon/wood composite that's pretty indestructible. I thought this toy looked promising because of the flat bottom and multiple holes. It's priced a bit higher than most, but it's made of rubber and I thought it might be easier to use for the tiny dog (about 7 pounds) who comes to stay with us occasionally. The larger, harder toys sometimes roll around on our tile floors and scare him, and this toy seemed like it would stay put for him. The toy opens and closes without too much trouble, something I was worried about because my joints aren't great and I've had trouble opening others. The rubber makes it easy to grip and turn, especially if I wrap it in a towel. It cleans up easily and the frozen pops are easy to insert. It doesn't hold as much frozen food as some of the other toys we have, so my guy can have it bare in just a few minutes, but it's a good size for his little buddy. I wound up sending it home with him last time for his mom to try out at home, since he really enjoys pupsicles when he's visiting and I recommended she get him one for home! Quick note: Examine the inside of the toy carefully before using it. If you find any extra rubber it'll come right off, but you probably don't want your dog eating it by mistake.
