    • Really great sound for outdoor state
Used this to replace a burned out Boss amp. Less than half the cost of Boss and way better sound! Very happy. Bluetooth hooks up easily. Running on a 12v converter that was already installed - work just fine and plenty loud with great highs and lows.

My issue is that none of my speakers or headphones are efficient enough to hook up with the outputs on this Ti based amp. I give the amp 5 stars due to all worked fine for the price. As many others mentioned, make all your connections before applying power. It did not run HOT, just warm. Turn on pops through speakers were often when power brick switched on. My old school A/B class amps blow the doors off the NS-20G in the volume aspect, old car stereo, the NoboSound wins in the lack of noise and hum. I think the issue may be in how the Ti chip is coupled to the transducer with all the filtering needed with class D amps. Emotiva now uses class D; no volume issues with their amps...for 20 times the price. If your lucky enough with efficient enough speakers, then you may be very happy with this amp as others have written. I also have the 50W per side Mo-Gu Ti TPA3116 based. Same issue of low volume with non efficient speakers. The NS-20G does have more bass! And, being able to add a powered sub is a plus if your lucky enough to have a sub with crossover/phase controls with a volume control to balance the levels. I should maybe look for a nice pair of efficient Klipsch La Scala II. The NS-20G should ROCK those? ... show more

    • Read instructions! Number one recommendation to get running properly.
Also need to press top button down to turn on/off. Dual purpose for volume too. Works well, son has one in his garage, convinced me to buy an Echo dot for Alexa playing music. But! Make sure the Dot or Echo has Auxillary Jack to connect Nobsound to it. We have one Dot that does not have it.

    • Unit gets VERY HOT & Sound Volume disappointing
I just received our NS-20G unit today. To test I used the following equipment: Phone: Motorola Moto G7 Power (Android) Speakers: Kicker KB6 Indoor/Outdoor Connection: Wired to Android Phone # of Songs: 3 To test I did NOT use the Bluetooth. I used a wired cord connected to my Moto G7 Power to hopefully ensure the unit would not get hot. Unfortunately, even after TWO songs this unit was HOT. I was playing songs on my phone using Pandora. The volume level of the sound is not very loud. There definitely was not any distortion, so that was good. Sound quality was good. Unit is easy to use. Unfortunately, with the unit getting hot, I'm not sure how long it will actually last. ... show more

    • The Power Out Means It Gets Hot
I bought this unit for my 1960 TR-3. It works great and it small enough to be hidden away. Installation was a breeze except that I had to wire in a DC/AC adapter because the Nobsound seems to be picky about the input voltage and amps (I tried to run it off of a 20V solid state battery with 5 amps out - no go). Playing the unit at high volumes results in the unit getting quite warm. I haven't tested it at high volumes (a 1960 TR-3 convertible is quite noisy when being driven) for long distances, but I'm expecting that the unit will get too hot and the sound quality will degrade. It might be a good idea for the engineers to design in some type of copper finned heat sink. However, despite all of that, you get a great sound out of this and the one I have powers 3 separate speakers and they all sound great and LOUD. Bottom line - highly recommended! ... show more

    • Small but powerful
The media could not be loaded. I find it interesting how this little gadget can produce such quality sound. I like how the product was very light weight. You may feel like it's a cheap product on your first touch but after I plugged in my klipsch r 41m, I was surprised that I didn't hear any noise or feedback. I gave 4 star because it sparkle when I connected the Amp (will try to add video) . This might be fire hazard for people using this product near your gas/kitchen. For me Im using it for my office in the basement so didn't really bother me till now since I kept it connected ... show more

    • Outdoor Movie Night Elevated
I've been trying multiple methods to improve the audio for our outdoor movie nights. My projector connected to Bluetooth speakers wasn't cutting it. Tried some powered speakers with auxiliary inputs, still not great. I have some ancient outdoor speakers that need an amplifier and my current home set-up has relegated them to storage...then I stumbled upon this nifty gadget. Small, compact and powerful.     • Get's Extremely Hot!!
I'm very happy with how this amp functions, but it gets so hot I had to jerry rig a heatsink with a fan to its underside. Somewhat inconvenient, but I'd probably buy it again anyway.
