This could be quite frustrating. Top tip: Tweak the metal under the nozzle of the gun to align it with the needle. Use water on one of the bottles to test this theory. I love it but I will say that I threw away the attachment for markers because it doesn't work with any of the markers I have and I'm not going out of my way to buy the ones that might actually fit it.

Had issues with having to line up nozzle and adjusting air. Not user friendly. Also no clean doesn't mean the bottles that are tube fed that are worse than a airbrush to clean. Nice quality but not for me.

The mount doesn't align right at all here. It's at least 1mm above the air nozzle. Recommendation for quick fix equip your kits with o rings to space the paint bottle mount and bottle allowing proper spacing for paint needle and air nozzle. I'm not happy with my purchase because either I can just deal with it and modify it myself or return it. ... show more

    • Not an airbrush substitute!
I have several airbrushes and have used airbrushed for a couple of years. I saw the advertisement for this and figured I'd give it a go. This was a very frustrating experience. To get the tip to align with the air nozzle is fidgety and does not stay aligned for long. The paint bottle tip still gets dry tip and any movement with it eventually cause the paint bottle to misalign with the air nozzle since you adjust it by the screw in mechanism used to hold the paint bottle in place. You have no air control, it's all or nothing. If I hadn't already use this I'd return it. DON'T BUY THIS! Get and learn to use an actual airbrush. ... show more

The instructions are very minimal, and only come on the back of the box. There are more in the Amazon listing than are with the actual product. There are also two parts I don't know exactly what they are for (the red piece pictured). I think they are to rest the airbrush on when not in use, but they would easily tip over / do not have a way to mount them to something else. As other reviewers have stated, the tip does not line up when you screw the bottle in fully, but you could potentially add an O ring underneath to space it properly, or just not screw it in fully (which I think might be a concern when using it a lot. I'll probably just get an O ring. That said, it does work and it's pretty cool once you've figured it out. For other beginners like me, some info that is not on the box (no manual): - It needs a 1/8" hose attachment - Spray at 25 PSI (you can use a regular air compressor if you have one - just turn down the PSI real low) - For regular acrylic paint, do a 1:1 mix of water/thinner to paint, up to as much as a 3:1 ratio - Paint markers work, but I have three different sets already, and they are all too thin for the attachment (try wrapping tape around them to make them fatter) - Use a REALLY light touch on the button on top ... show more
