I have had three of these watches over the past year and a half. The first one was a gift that I later lost at a basketball game. Needless to say, I was really bummed! So, the second was a replacement gift the following Christmas. This one had an issue with the day/date window, so I had it returned and exchanged. Amazon made that process smooth and easy. The third one is my current watch, which I've worn daily for the past year. The stainless steel case stands up to a lot of daily dings and bumps. It's sustained a few minor scratches, but in my opinion, that's part of the watch's character. The leather strap is phenomenal. It's a beautiful piece of Horween leather which is the perfect thickness and is very high quality. I like that this strap is not imprinted to look like crocodile or something of that nature (I've noticed that's a common theme for leather watch bands), but is a simple full-grain piece of cowhide. It's also a gorgeous watch that has received quite a few compliments. The deep blue face is a captivating color. My only beef with the watch is that the second hand doesn't perfectly align with the tick marks on the watch face. It's odd because this has been the case for all three of the watches. Quality control issue? Other than that, I love this watch, and definitely plan on saving up and getting another in the future. ... show more

The watch band is really nice quality and thick leather. Definitely looks premium and not flimsy or cheap. The face of the watch is a bit darker navy than the picture shows but still nice and classy. There are easy quick start directions on the plastic covering the back of the watch which is nice instead of having to read through a booklet. I don't like how the days of the week are followed by the Spanish version of the word in red. I ordered mine from Crazydeals fulfilled by Amazon and the only complaint is the case/box the watch came in was dirty and I was expecting a used or returned item inside but everything was luckily still new and in good condition. ... show more

Even tho u may never have heard of Nixon watches, they are reliable, dependable timekeepers that you’ll be proud to wear. I collect watches & my Nixon has fast become one of my favorites. A handsome timepiece with day/date info that is always accurate.

I bought this watch for my boyfriend and he loves it! The watch is very nicely made and has eye catching features. He gets compliments on it all the time with its very classic look. I ordered it with the brown leather band and blue face which is a bit different in a good way. The days of the week are in English and Spanish which is a nice touch. Amazing watch. I wear it every single day and haven't had a problem with it. Have hit it on some metal where I would think it would've for sure broke and it's still holding up and still has no scratches on it. It holds time for months. It looks really nice and seems to be of good quality (I'll update this review later if that turns out not to be the case). The only complaint I have is that the picture isn't really representative of the final product that arrived. In the picture you can clearly see a watch with a blue watch face and silver dials. However in reality this isn't really the case. If you manage to angle it just right it looks blue, but most of the time the watch face looks completely black and the dials look more yellowish. It's still a really nice watch though, but I would have liked the blue tinge to be a bit more pronounced. ... show more

Let me tell you... I was somewhat skeptical of this watch. The brand was one I personally had not heard of the before, and the color combination of the brown band and blue face did worry me. While I have not had the watch long enough to attest to its durability and build quality. When I first opened up the box and put it on I was blown away how sharp the watch looked. I love the fact that it is somewhat minimalistic, some of the watches I have looked at have a very busy face with dials for stop watches and many other unnecessary additions. It shows day, the date and current time... What more do need? I did consider going with one of those smart watches or the hybrid smartwatches, but I felt like I would barely use those features and having another battery to charge made me want something simpler. Boy am I glad I did! I hated having to pull my phone out to check the time, or date and I dont have to touch my watch to get the info I need. It also looks stylish as heck to boot! ... show more

I have many watches, and this one is my favorite. The watch face is the perfect size, it's not too small but not huge and bulky either. It's very comfortable, and the color scheme is exceptional.
