I was introduced to these in a commercial environment. I decided to buy some for my gymnastics rings at home because the adjusters on those were made of cheap metal and deformed. These are very strong and do not slip! They are very easy to adjust which I like.

I was confused when I purchase this item whether or not it came with webbing. It didn’t really matter because I planned to use some 1” tubular nylon webbing I already had. I initially found it difficult to use this with tubular webbing, but it does work.

I absolutely love this product. I use it along with some 1in tubular nylon webbing to create some suspension training equipment. It's not really designed for this, but it works so much better than the actual products that are designed for this. I'm a huge fan and it's opened up a lot of workout opportunities for me one of which you can see in the photo for this review. Gives 1" webbing extra versatility by providing a cam at the free end. I've had a handful of these for three and a half years and use them for canoe camping, securing trailer loads, etc. I never go canoe camping without them. Bombproof, rustproof, built to outlast humanity.
