    • Good-looking, comfortable, sturdy-frame futon with slight fabric seam imperfection issues
Size: Full Color: Twill Khaki Cover
This futon was pretty easy to assemble even as an older person (60+). I did need some help for the last couple of steps just because the pieces were a bit bulky. I am pleased with the look and sturdiness of the frame - my 400lb boyfriend can sit on it without any creaking at all. I am slightly disappointed in the futon mattress. Although very comfortable, the fabric seams are not well sewn in places, and will definitely need some touch-up work. There are many stray strands of thread hanging that I needed to cut loose and there are a few apparent spots where the pieces of fabric are not well sewn together - it appears the machine missed up to 3/8" of seam in one or two places. This is my only complaint after well over a month of use. Otherwise it looks and performs well. It is fairly easy to go from the fold-out to upright position without assistance if you remember to pull out the bottom first and the mattress along with it about halfway down. Otherwise it can be a little difficult unless you have some assistance from a 2nd person. ... show more

    • Love the frame, the mattress not so much :/

The frame is beautiful, sturdy and solid, and was relatively simple to assemble (took my husband and I about 1.5 hours; was straightforward, just a lot of pieces) but I was very disappointed when we unpacked the mattress. It’s basically a very light tan/beige (not the greenish khaki depicted online) and was much thinner, WRINKLED, and cheaper looking than I’d envisioned (my son has a similar futon with a THICK, sturdy pad of linen and I thought this would be the same). After doing a lot of adjusting, plumping and smoothing with wrinkle-releaser it’s slightly better, and doesn’t look like a frat house anymore. And since this is just going in an upstairs study/guest room I’m fine with it. But I wouldn’t want this for my living room. It IS pretty comfy to sit on, a nice big size and easy to convert into a bed….but it also came with these weird spots that almost look like grease stains. Hopefully I can cover with decorative pillows. So….hope that helps! PS: this also came in three separate packages over the course of two weeks: frame, arms, and mattress. So just be aware! ... show more

    • You should buy this futon couch
Size: Full Color: Twill Khaki Cover
I don't right many reviews, but this couch is the best futon for twice the money. It is durable, comfortable and looks great. It arrives in 3 boxes, so it is easier to move into place. The assembly instructions are clear and concise, and the components and hardware are high quality. Everything fits just as it should. The cushion is thick and soft, the packaging makes it so that none of the wood can get damaged, which is great because the finish is really nice. I highly recommend. ... show more

    • Mattress cheaply made!
Size: Queen Color: Twill Khaki Cover
Review Image by Placeholder
Mattress is of terrible quality. Slept on 4 times and already coming apart. Frame is good but what good if mattress is of poor, poor quality.

    • Love the dual function
Size: Full Color: Twill Khaki Cover
Needed a quick sleeper in spare room. This was easy to assemble, easy to fold up or open out and once the mattress had sat flat and open the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. I really like that it is a relaxed style sofa and a bed for unexpected guest.

    • Sturdy frame. All the pieces present. BUT
Size: Queen Color: Twill Khaki Cover
The cushion/ mattress is nothing like the picture online. Very ugly. Very steep V wedge in a sitting position. You will want cushions behind your back. We are using it for a storm shelter bed. Not very comfortable. Needs extra topper to be comfortable. Better add 3”-4” of extra cushioning to enjoy.

    • Fabulous service!!!
Size: Full Color: Twill Khaki Cover
The futon not only looks great, it is well built and comfortable. It rook about 90 minutes for my husband and I to put it together (plus or minus for the mistakes we made and had to go back on). Best pary though was the service. When the mattress didn’t show up with the frame I sent a message which was responded to within hours. I also received update on the status until I received it. Then when putting the frame together we noticed 1 screw missing. I again sent a message and received a response, again within hours, telling me that a replacement would be shipped out. Received not just 1 but 4 screws! ... show more

    • Sturdy and Good looking
Size: Full Color: Twill Khaki Cover
This was relatively easy to assemble, except for the last part. And, opening and closing the bed are very difficult if not impossible to do by oneself. The covering on the mattress is quite flimsy so it’s useful to put a blanket or throw on the mattress to prevent damage from routine use. Other than that I love it! Very comfortable. ... show more
