    • Very comfortable!
Color: Twill Black Cover Size: Queen
This thing is awesome! Slept on a folding camping cot before. This is quite a few stories up from that level of comfort. Update 5/23/2020: The futon is still going strong! We have since bought an actual bed and this is now our guest bed/couch. We have moved apartments four times since I bought it, and disassembled and re-assembled it each time. Only issue we have had is when my wife picked it up by the armrest at one point and ripped it off. A few dabs of wood glue and it's good as new! I highly recommend this product. We love ours and it's great for when friends spend the night. Very well built and solid wood, not MDF or cheap steel like previous futons we have had. ... show more

    • Classy Utility
Color: Twill Black Cover Size: Queen
As an intro. This is a nice futon. Nicer than any futon I've ever had and I'm a bum who likes utility over tradition, so I like futons. The side tables are a nice addition. When folded down, you wouldn't even know they were there. The wood is nice and it almost doesn't feel right having such nice looking material used for a futon. I would buy this futon again. My gripes. This futon has a kind of string holding the cover at the tasteful indentations. When I first lifted it up, I pulled on the cover, ripping the nearest string, and now there's an indentation missing. It was too easy. I was just picking it up to move it. Be careful. Also, the simple design flaw. There are two pieces of a futon, the backrest and the "seat," that are separate frames with supporting beams within them. Unfortunately, the inner beams are recessed from the outer frame. So, when you lay the frames down, and they meet in the middle, you get a middle "beam" that juts out more than the surrounding beams. And, if you're sleeping solo, you are likely to sleep in the middle right on top of this beam. Since the bed is not as solid as a mattress, it transmits the surface below it above it and you feel the beam. It's not too bad though. Also, if you get the thicker mattress, it will be difficult to fold back into an upright couch. The folding mechanism is clever and elegant but lacks the versatility of mechanisms common to metal futon frames. It may require two people to change. I can say it requires me, solo, more force than I would like to use. Every time I flip it up I'm concerned with wear over time, and the potential for it snap after that time. All of that said. It's a nice futon for the price and it will allow you some class allow with your utility. I wish I could do 4.5 stars. ... show more

    • Great Value!
Color: Twill Black Cover Size: Queen
Review Image by SavvyShopper
I am very impressed with this futon. We were looking for something to replace a Flexsteel Hide-a-Bed sofa that had lived a long life, but wanted something that would offer a bit more flexibility given a small space. We needed something in our office/den for casual sitting and to accommodate occasional overnight guests. I looked locally for futons, but couldn't find anything that met my needs and was also in my price range. The Nirvana Eastridge met all my expectations. The mattress is surprisingly substantial, and the structure pretty solid. I love the flexibility to have the side table/arm rests up or down. The finish on this wasn't perfect in one spot, but overall, this is a beautiful piece. We have already had a couple of guests that have stayed and commented on their great night's sleep. This futon is a hidden gem....a great value! ... show more

    • Good for tiny home
Color: Twill Black Cover Size: Queen
I live in a Tiny Home and need a futon to use as the main bed. I researched every one I could possibly find and went back and forth before deciding on this one. It was easy to put together with my fiancé and is holding up well so far. I will say the mattress got flat very quickly and we could feel the bars, which was a disappointment. I should have just got the frame alone. Overall, I’m still glad I picked this one. ... show more

    • mattress is not 8 inch as advertised. WE received mattress thart is 4 maybe 5 inches.
Color: Twill Black Cover Size: Queen
Frame is satisfactory. Mattress not correct as we payed for a 8 inch mattress. Hopefully we will get a response or we will have to dispute the credit card charge. We like the frame but the mattress is clearly not what we payed for.

    • It's real wood, my dog ate the arm
Color: Twill Black Cover Size: Queen
Very well built solid wood, not press board with wood layer. I know it's solid wood since my dog ate the arm of it 😑. The cushion is nice and thick and comfy as well.

    • Fantastic couch, excellent customer service
Color: Twill Black Cover Size: Queen
This is a great couch. The frame feels sturdy and the mattress is comfortable. It wasn't difficult to assemble, took about an hour to put together. Amazon ships the product in separate shipments but does not notify the customer of secondary shipments. I contacted the seller and they were very prompt in getting back to me and giving me the second tracking number. Amazon doesn't allow the seller to reach out to customers to let them know of the multiple packages and shipments. Update : Couch is great but the futon mattress is less than desired. Cover cannot be separated from "mattress" as they are sewn together. The "mattress" is just densely packed filling. My pet had an accident on the couch and I am currently frustrated as to how to clean the futon. ... show more
