It Works
I never leave product reviews but I want to for this facial device. I began using it on July 10th and today is July 25th--15 days. Already I can see a difference in the tone of my skin and reduction of wrinkles. I am 75. As I have aged the corners of my smile have turned downward with the nasolabial folds creating an aging and angry look. This device in 15 days has lifted the corners of my smile so that I see an improvement in my aged look. I am extremely attentive to my looks and have tried lots of things including medical spa treatments such as Ulthera, Morpheus 8, Pixel Lasers. So far this is an effective maintenance to any of those treatments. It is a fabulous in-home device for lifting your face and removing wrinkles. I would buy it again if needed. ... show more

NIRA Pro 3 set
I got these handlheld lasers and I've never really been one to have any kind of laser treatments done before this. So I figured that having an at-home device would be the only way I get that kind of skincare treatment. At first I was afraid to try it. But I looked up some videos online about how to properly use them and read the included instructions and by now, it's a breeze to use them. You'll have to read into this type of laser treatment yourself to really understand what it is. It is hard to explain. But it basically uses precision heat in some way. One is a precision laser, good for crows feet and eye wrinkles. The other one covers more surface area. I use that one on my forehead lines, between my brows, on my smile lines, etc. You can adjust the intensity, but start at 1 if you're new to this kind of treatment like I was. Higher levels could be a little shocking to you at first. Also make sure you use these on DRY skin only. Not wet skin and not a skin full of freshly applied skincare. Clean, dry skin only. So, the best time I've found to do this is immediately after washing my face and before I do my skincare routine. I don't do it daily but a few nights per week. Don't go over and over the same spots because it will feel like it burns, even though these DO NOT burn your skin. It just feels like little tiny burns as you go, but it doesn't even hardly make your skin red. So no risk of burns unless maybe you just go over and over one spot. These are easy to hold, easy to charge. The battery life is good. Very simple and user friendly. Once you read the instructions carefully and maybe watch some videos, it is easy. Now for what you are really here for: results. Does it actually work? I won't lie and say I saw instant results after a few uses. This technology doesn't work that way. I recommend you read into what type of technology these at-home lasers actually use and decide for yourself if it is worth the price. Because it is certainly an investment. I have only been using these for some weeks, somewhat consistently. So I am not expecting clear results. But I have read enough great things about this technology that I am interested enough to at least try it and incorporate it into my routine. Because if it makes even a small difference over time without having to go to a spa or an injection place, then it is worth it. I'm about to turn 30 and at this age, it is now all about prevention. Taking preventative measures to at least help you look your best. So, I'm happy to have this and continue using it. ... show more

Like Having an At-Home Alternative to More Expensive Treatments
I’m someone who likes to stay looking youthful, and over the years I’ve tried everything from basic professional facials and scrubs to more involved treatments like Botox, microneedling (the “vampire facial”), and even fillers. The problem is those treatments can easily cost $500 per visit and quickly get into the thousands depending on what you’re having done. That’s what made me interested in the NIRA laser. It claims to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, especially around the eyes and forehead, so I was curious whether it could give me some of the smoothing benefits I’m looking for without needles or another expensive appointment. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks, but I have to say I’m already starting to notice a difference. Obviously it’s not literally Botox and I wouldn’t expect identical results, but so far I’m pleasantly surprised. I also really like that my set came with two different-sized lasers. The larger one lets me cover more surface area, while the smaller one is much easier to use around the eyes and other areas where I want to be more precise. The treatments have been easy enough to incorporate into my regular skincare routine, which makes staying consistent much more realistic. NIRA says it can take at least 90 days to see the fuller results, so I’m still early in the process. Based on what I’m seeing after just a few weeks, though, I’m definitely going to keep using it. I’ll come back and update this review once I hit the 90-day mark and can give a better idea of the long-term results. ... show more

Precision stopped working
I really liked the pro Plus but the precision stopped working on me. Unable to just return the precision without returning the other one so ended up returning both and buying a single pro.

Works as described, but too early to see results
This NIRA Pro 3 & precision laser bundle is very user friendly and easy to use. It's a nice set that includes two sizes, the pro is a larger size and the precision is smaller and aimed at targeting smaller areas. It's beneficial to have both to be able to cover all areas and there's some cost savings/it's more economical to buy as a set rather than separately. This is my first laser experience ever and it was very user friendly and not intimidating at all. I've never had at home or in office laser treatments so I did not know what to expect. These are set up well and are FDA cleared and seemed to be designed having considered safety precautions. It doesn't turn on and activate unless it is in contact with your skin and so you can't accidentally look at it and have the laser shine in your eye or anything and there's no need to wear goggles or anything. This set comes with the Pro laser and smaller, more tightly figured precision laser. It comes nicely packaged in a reusable magnetic closing box along with a laminated feeling instruction card for each, but I think for this price they could have and should have included a fabric storage pouch or protective case, as it's bulky to keep in their box At first, I was a bit confused figuring out how to use because on the pro it talks about beeps but I'm was not hearing beeps on the pro when using but more like vibration tones, so I wasn't sure if it was working because of this and because of how quickly it seemed to work. But I do feel a warm sensation on my skin, so it seems to be working. I just happens very quickly and briefly so I was surprised about that. On the precision laser I do hear clear audible beeps compared to the pro, so I was more confident that it was working originally but it's really quick too so I wasn't sure at first, but I did feel a warming and prick type sensation with the precision. They both have 5 power/strength settings, but I haven't worked my way up from level 1 yet. I do feel a warming sensation on level 1 that lingers for a little bit so I've been stick to that for the time being. The pro is very comfortable and initially the precision was a little less so, like I felt a slight pricking sensation might be the best way to describe it, but it's by no means painful or that uncomfortable, but I could imagine it getting more uncomfortable at the higher levels. The instructions do let you know how to use it, but I wouldn't mind more detailed information on use and benefits and contraindications with any skincare or other devices. For example, I have been using a red light mask, and I'm not sure if it's ok to use both. I'm also curious on what the effects are on acne or other conditions like age spots/hyperpigmentation and dark blackheads and such. I also looked at the website instructions and I didn't see any contraindications as to when not to use. Like if you are sunburned or anything. I wouldn't try that, but it would be good if they had any such info. There wasn't anything that I could see. It's too early and soon to see results and tell if it's worth the cost, as that will take time and consistency, but hopefully I will. ... show more

Would benefit from better instructions, quick and easy once you figure it out
I am no stranger to facial devices, I have one (different technology) I have used consistently for the last 7 months and have seen some very impressive results. These Nira devices are FDA approved which I think is necessary for any lasers I’d use on my face or body. They are easy to use and fairly user friendly. I did have a little bit of an issue pairing my Nira Pro 3 (I had to try it several times before it would enter pairing mode) but eventually I got there. Once I started using the laser I found the actual process to be quick and easy. I do think there’s room for improvement in the actual literature provided with the device. There is only a “getting started” pamphlet provided with a QR code to scan and read the entire document. I’m on a phone so I was not able to easily read it and would have liked it to be provided with the device. The QR code for the video was short and honestly not very informative. I felt a lot of figuring out how to use it was trial and error. (To be clear using the device itself is simple but I had some issues getting started with my device, first trying to enter pairing mode and then it was vibrating instead of beeping and had to contact customer service to get some help.) Turns out you can toggle between beeps and vibration using the app. Using the Nira Pro 3 was fast and easy. I didn’t see a visible light but could feel the heat. The surface area is large enough I am able to go over my whole face and neck in probably 5-7 minutes. The precision model has a tiny area and is easy to pinpoint small areas such as around the eyes, lips and deeper wrinkles. I can knock out the areas I want to cover in about 3-4 minutes. Start on level one and progress as your skin tells you it’s ready—There should be heat but it should not be painful or uncomfortable. They are both incredibly lightweight and easy to use even while you are watching tv. I don’t mind using them at all as they are easy and not painful at all. I have no question about if this works, I believe in the science and know this will show improvements in my face, fine lines and skin firmness. I have been using mine for a week and I’m almost convinced I can see some very slight changes already. I know it will take a couple months of consistent use to see the real changes but I’m committed to putting in the time and adding it to my routine. I think the value for money is good as they will show real improvements. There are more expensive device options out there including professional laser treatments but I like doing all my skincare in the comfort of my own home. I do like the PRO 3 more than the precision but they are both really useful and compliment each other to simplify my routine. My biggest complaint I guess is the battery life in the Pro 3 is pretty short. I have to charge it after 4-5 sessions. ... show more

Advanced at home skincare tool
This is my first time using an at home laser device like this, so I was excited to give it a try. I really like that this bundle includes both the Pro 3 and the Precision laser because they each serve a different purpose. The Pro 3 makes it quick to treat larger areas like my face, neck, and chest, while the Precision device is perfect for the smaller, harder to reach areas around my eyes, lips, and nose. One thing that really surprised me is that it truly is painless. I was expecting at least a little discomfort, but the treatments are very comfortable, and since they only take a few minutes each day, they are incredibly easy to fit into my routine. Having something so quick and convenient makes it much easier to stay consistent. I know if a treatment is time consuming or uncomfortable, I’m much less likely to stick with it, but this is something I can realistically use every day alongside the rest of my skincare routine. I also love that I can get a more advanced collagen stimulating treatment from the comfort of home instead of scheduling appointments or dealing with downtime. The companion app is another feature I’ve really enjoyed. It pairs with both devices through Bluetooth and helps track your treatments, pulse counts, and daily streaks. I like being able to see my progress, compare before and after photos, and use the free skin analysis feature to monitor changes over time. The daily reminders, treatment guides for different areas of the face, and streak tracking help keep me motivated and consistent, and I even like that it includes rewards for staying on track. It’s still early for me, so I’m not expecting dramatic long term results overnight since collagen production takes time, but I have already noticed that my skin looks brighter, smoother, and feels a little firmer after using it consistently. I’m excited to continue using it over the next few months to see how my skin continues to improve. Overall, I’m really impressed with this bundle. The devices are well made, easy to use, completely painless, and simple to incorporate into my daily routine. I love having both sizes for treating different areas, and the app makes staying consistent easy. If you’re looking for a convenient way to add a collagen boosting treatment to your skincare routine at home, this bundle is definitely worth considering. ... show more

Everything you need to take care of your skin at home!
Initially the Nira Pro 3 and Precision Laser Bundle could seem quite spendy but when you consider the cost of gettin laser treatments at a doctor’s office and how often you would have to go before you see results, this makes more sense. This laser bundle is FDA cleared so you there is no need to worry about sketchy technology being used on your face. Each laser in this bundle is very easy to use and it is fairly intuitive once you know what the beeps mean. Charging is easy enough with the cords included for each laser. Most people have the charging bricks from their phones that you could easily plug these into. There is one power button on each that functions to turn the unit on/off and control the power level. The audible sound to alert you when this has made contact properly with your skin is very nice. The beeps to let you know how long to leave the laser in one spot really help and make this basically a very user friendly device. The included instructions seem pretty simplified so you could watch a video for more info but really it is that simple. I was able to figure this out after looking at the insert and to be safe I scanned the qr code to see the instructions in more detail, but it really wasn’t necessary because it is simple once you know what the beeps mean. The laser level on lower numbers is very minimal in terms of heat. I would recommend that for those not used to using lasers or low thresholds for pain, start at the lower levels as you get used to it and work your way up. You feel the heat but it isn’t uncomfortable or long lasting at lower levels. I have not worked my way past level 3 so I cannot attest to the higher ones but I have no problem with these lower ones and I have never gotten laser treatments prior. The whole bundle is just a very nice complete set and as long as you have the commitment to do this daily—you will see results. This set makes it very easy to completely address your face, neck, and hands with no issue. Both lasers are easy to use, easy to charge, and feel secure in your hands. Great set that makes the price tag more than reasonable compared to going to the cosmetic surgery route. The fact that you get 2 lasers in this and they are lightweight and easy to take with you since they are small and charge with a common usb-c cord--win. ... show more
