    • It came with a copy of Luigi’s Mansion 2!!!

I got a fully-functioning, beautiful purple 3DS, along with a copy of Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon! And a copy of the Penguins of Madagascar tie-in game, but that first one is really cool! I had been planning on buying it for a few days in order to play the new Luigi’s Mansion game for the Switch since I had otherwise only played the first one from the GameCube, but thanks to the incredibly generous seller now I don’t have to! Giving away a copy of such a beloved game, especially just days after the sequel is released, is too generous to not mention. 11/10, will definitely buy from again! The 3DS itself came with some light scratches, but the seller didn’t promise that the console would be in mint-condition, so it’s fine. All I care about is the hardware anyways, and that works perfectly. It also came with two styluses, a double-charger that has a cable for a DS and another one for a DSi/3DS, and an appreciated thin USB wall adapter. ... show more

    • False advertising (said new $$ but was used, damaged, and missing components)
Item was listed as new. Very much wasn't. It arrived without original packaging, without a stylus, without the game that this purple model was only ever sold bundled with new in box, stickers on it, scratches (including ones across the screens), other visible wear, almost certainly declined battery life or non original replacement) ... show more

    • Verry happy
It was said to be here by the end of the month and got it 3 days after they shipped it. It is in great condition and everything works fine. The color is amazing and it looks crisp. I got an awesome zelda case they shipped with it with 6 random games to play. I am very happy about this purchase and they even cleaned it up and clean the memory out. Thank you for this amazing product! ... show more

    • I am extremely unhappy.
I ordered this as a gift under the impression that it was brand new. We received the product in original packaging - but the box was pretty beat up. We took the 3DS out of the packaging using a napkin - I figured we shouldn't smudge it if it is new, so it could be given as a new gift; I thought maybe the box had been sitting around but the product wasn't used. Under inspection, my husband and I found obvious usage signs on the product, including a completely dead battery whereas a new one would be charged at least halfway. I am returning it and will be buying from another Amazon user. ... show more

    • Great product!
The actual color of the product is a bit darker than indicated in the picture, it blends into a deeper shade of purple on the 3DS's cover. I am very happy with the purchase, I love the new features (especially the improved wifi capabilities and the built-in pedometer that racks up points the more you walk around with your 3DS...nice way to get us to exercise, Nintendo!) and the 3D capability is great, though you have to be looking at the screen straight-on in order to see it properly. The 3D function seems to use up the battery fairly quickly. Luckily, you have an option to turn the 3D functionality off if you want to play for longer or if you find that it's bothering your eyes. Overall, a great handheld gaming device. ... show more

    • Working great, no AR cards
I was really nervous when I was first setting it up because the buttons weren't responding, but luckily once I got to the home screen everything was fine! Only reason this isn't five stars is because there's no AR cards that were supposed to come with the package. Dumb impulse to buy this but a good purchase nonetheless. ... show more

    • Works fine, but frustrating preparation necessary
Functions just fine, but its setting were not reset to the defaults before we bought it. This ordinarily wouldn't be a problem, except that the parental lock was on so the only way to get into the settings or perform a reset would be to enter a PIN or answer security questions, neither of which were provided to me by the seller. It was possible to bypass that by contacting Nintendo, but that shouldn't have been necessary as this should have been done by the seller. Additionally, the description states that a stylus is provided. This was true, however I was under the impression that it would be the original DS stylus as shown in the display photos, rather it was a separate stylus pen. Again, ordinarily would not be a problem, except for the fact that it was covered in a mysterious brown sticky substance that had to be cleaned off. All in all, while some quirks and wear is to be expected when buying something previously used, there really should have been more effort put into making this more appropriate for being sold. The only reason I'm not rating it lower is because the issues were ultimately solvable, and problems aside, the system does function as it should. Tl;dr system works just fine, but really should have been in slightly better shape first. Go ahead and buy if you don't mind a few hoops before you get it how you need it to be. ... show more

    • I love the color and the game system is in good-condition
Arrived on time... except the USP truck didn't stop in my drive way, and didn't check to see if I was home. That's not anyone's fault but my own. I love the color and the game system is in good-condition, although the package could have been a little more secure, even though it was in a box of peanuts it needed something more stable to keep it in place. It came with everything it suppose to, and didn't come with anything extra, except for the stylist. ^^ (But that's considered part of the 3DS to begin with.) Also the original owner should have deleted the Nintendo ID to give it a fresh start and keep there things protected, like there Nintendo e-shop credit info ect. But it was deleted and all is good. ^^ My sister is loving her Birthday present, so THANK YOU anonymous amazon person from Texas. ... show more
