I was lucky enough to score one of these babies “slightly used” and it arrived in perfect condition and actually looks brand new - including the inside, all the accessories and the pizza stone. Bought mine for 700’F style pizza and it surely delivers. Best I ever made. I put mine under hood just in case but don’t really need it as long as i don’t use pellets. For smoking however when you open the door smoke is hard to contain, but doable indoors if you’re ok with some smell. Reheating fir 2nd pizza took a minute. Amazing oven! Love my ninja cooker too. All very well made and thought out. I compared to the pictured oven which i returned as it felt so flimsy, I didn’t even try pizza in it. Gorgeous red finish though. Both do easily reach 700’F, in about half hour, so just plan ahead. Just get it already. ... show more

We truly love this. We had a large stand up smoker that was electric. If stopped working after about 18 months. I bought this in a pinch because my darling son wanted a smoked turkey breast for thanksgiving. It was delicious. So juicy, tender and mouthwatering. Since thanksgiving we have smoked 2 other turkey breasts and both turned out amazing. The quality is what you think about when you think about ninja. We just purchased the rib rack. It’s technically not compatible with this but we’re going to give it a try for the Super Bowl. Only a 4 star because we have only used it for turkey breast but I’m looking forward to trying it out more in the nicer weather. ... show more

I love the ninja outdoor oven! I've bought two now as gifts for others who also love them. They are super easy to use, if you can use an oven indoors you can use the ninja oven outdoors. It has a lot of functions to completely customize the cooking experience an outcome. I like to use the wood fire box at the beginning of the cooking to infuse a little bit of smoke flavor, based on taste alone you can't even tell that the food was made in the Ninja oven instead of our smoker! Cleaning can be a little bit difficult as there are a lot of different accessories and the smoke from the smoke box tends to stick to the sides of the inside. I've had mine now for a little over 2 years consistently stored outside with the cover on in between uses and I've had no problems, it's been very durable and the size lets me keep it where it's at without having to move it too often. I do think it's a little bit expensive considering it's been out for a while but it is super versatile and I use it a ton so it's worth it. ... show more

The factory refurbished option is the way to go! Looks brand new- new packaging- works fantastic and is $150 cheaper. This thing is great. Love the smoking option and all the accessories it comes with. Very well built- mine is outside 24/7. Pick up a weather proof cover and you’re golden. The media could not be loaded. I want to start out by saying I loved this oven. However after a few weeks, I noticed I was having trouble changing the temperature and the time. Then the Start button would not turn on. I fooled with it multiple times then after a period of time, all of a sudden it worked. This has continue on and off since (I should have returned it then). I used it yesterday it worked fine. But This morning I went to clean it and just for kicks tried to turn it on…no success there again. Then the pellet box was difficult to open to empty, so I firmly grabbed the lever and the lever broke off. Now that made me really unhappy. So I initiated a return, but it appears I have to pay for shipping (yet to be determined). I actually called Ninja and they said since I didn’t purchase directly from them but from a third party on Amazon( if I had purchased directly from Amazon that would of been ok too), they couldn’t help, so no warranty! So I called the retailer, Spreetail and a woman I spoke to said the return window was close in December 29th, 30 days past purchase. Yet their return policy stated when I bought it, 90 day refund/replacement. So Amazon did indeed, issue me a return label, but it doesn’t include shipping. As a far a trying to get it replaced, forget about it. Talk about jumping through hoops to get that done. She even had me call Ninja about the warranty. What a joke!…HELLOOO, I did that, NO WARRANTY, AS STATED BEFORE. So BUYER BEWARE. I just ordered a new one from NINJA, at least they’ll stand behind their product. To bad because I had to pay full price (10% off for first time buyer there) when at Christmas time is was so much cheaper, but I just don’t want to have to wait that long to use it. It’s really a nice oven, when it works. BAD, BAD Customer Service for this product. UPDATE: I did submit an update earlier today about how unhappy I was with customer service but it appears it hasn't posted yet as far as I can tell. So I wavered between 3 or 4 stars because of customer service. Once I presented my case to the seller, with concrete evidence of their return policy, they issued me a return label with postage paid. That made me VERY happy. I just did not think I should have to fight so hard to get what I feel was appropriate based on their return policy. I will say they were polite and quick to respond to my concerns despite my unhappiness with their response. It took quite a bit of persistence on my part to finally resolve the issue. I would recommend buying the extended warranties, if not issued by Ninja. Ninja will not honor a warranty from any third party seller on Amazon. So be very careful who you purchase this product from on Amazon whether new or reconditioned. Sometimes cheaper isn't always better. While I love the oven when it worked, for me, it just didn't work out. It remains to be seen how much of a refund I will get. ... show more
