I have had the blender for a day and I cannot turn it counter clockwise to release the jar from the base. I have looked at all the you tube videos they instruct on the release button for the lid, nothing for the base infuriating to say the least. I should be able to release the jar easy enough by turning counter clockwise as instructions indicate someone please help ... show more
