As with most Nine West boots, the size and fit of these are right where they're supposed to be for a women's 11 med. They're comfortable too, with plenty of support in the calf and ankle, without feeling constrictive. I like that I can wear socks comfortably with them (probably not boot socks though -- they're too slim). The zipper quality is fine, but I always make sure to beeswax my zippers with any leather goods right away (and I highly suggest this for everyone else to do the same!). I really, REALLY like the leather. It's a great color and looks real (which is good cuz it IS real). It's burnished beautifully and has a nice broken-in look to it. They can easily pass as a well-kept pair of vintage boots, and that's what I was going for. The Western/equestrian aesthetic is really gorgeous and will surely be in heavy rotation season after season. I'm thrilled to bits! ... show more

These were a great buy! I’ve really enjoyed wearing them. They fit me perfectly. They are a soft leather and I wasn’t too sure about that when I unpacked them because I have lots of boots but none with this kind of soft leather or that just pull on. But I have no regrets! I can tell the leather is going to wear well (I treated them carefully before exposing to a MN winter). Of course I have lots of boots to alternate wear with. So good-looking! Perfect fit for me. I ordered a 9.5 because in a higher quality boot or shoe, I don't have to go to a 10. In cheaper brands, must order a 10. But 9.5 is my true size. They are tall up the leg, with a serious heel, so don't get them if you don't think you can walk in them. I can't see myself wearing them for 12 hours, but 2-5 hours, yes! I have skinny legs and the tops of them are very fitted. If your legs are more shapely, you may have trouble pulling them over your calves. ... show more
