The shoe is pretty, it came in a gigantic box that could fit about 6 pairs of shoes in because per note the original box was damaged in transit. The silver pair I ordered although just what I wanted, had no packaging like inserts, paper around the crystals, etc. there is a divet out of the left shoe , scratches on the reflective part of the heel, on the right shoe, the silver is slightly scraped and there is evidence of it being worn. I am shocked truthfully at the threads that weren’t cut at the labels. Cute, poor quality for Nine West, and I don’t want someone else’s returns. The black pair same thing but the heel is cracked

I absolutely love these shoes but it did come with several missing rhinestones. I was going to exchange them because of that but had an event I needed them for that night. I am a plus size lady but have slimmer feet, they fit was a bit snug around my foot at first but they stretched out a tad and now are perfect. If you have chunky feet these are not the ones for you.

I got these for an upcoming wedding I’m in because the bride’s requirement was “black and fancy”. When I put them on, I was immediately uncomfortable, particularly where the detailed sections of the design intersects. That part pressed into the tops of my feet and made these heels impractical. Plus, the size runs small. I’m usually an 8.5 in heels and a 9 was still too small.

Some reviewer said the straps fit tight and it is true, but the straps are soft on the underside and I cannot exaggerate the beauty of these sandals. I decided to use rolled up t shirts to stretch them out for comfort--worked. They fit securely on my somewhat narrow-to-medium width foot. I am usually a 6.5 and did order a 7. Perfect.
