I had great expectations, but after the first month of use, I'm very disappointed now. The initial setup was simple, and the build seems strong and sturdy. The keyboard worked nicely as expected at first. It gets an A+ for holding a charge almost all day of constant use. But now the touchpad is barely functioning at all. Wish I could return it, but the window of opportunity lapsed on January 31, 2025. *************************************************************************************************************************************** UPDATE The seller responded quickly to my concerns above, by offering ways to reset the keyboard and touchpad. Unfortunately, after doing everything they suggested, there was no improvement. The seller quickly responded again, by offering to send a brand new item at no additional cost. I CONSIDER THIS TO BE WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. I am extremely please with the outcome and their consideration of my disappointment and frustration. Thank you seller, and I change my rating to 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall a nice case. Feels great. My problem is with the volume buttons. They are very hard to press. I used a knife to slice near the buttons so they are a little easier to press and I wonder if the buttons press too hard against the volume buttons because when I am using the tablet the volume control indicator appears once in a while and will either shut off the volume or turn it down or turn it up.

Probably a quality product but covered the right side of my iPad air and the buttons didn't work well for me. Not sure why but I returned it. The company sent me a new item and after some back and forth correspondence with the sellers. the problems I had were fixed and now I would make this five stars from my original three star review.They were easy to work with with and eager to solve the problems I had with their product. The sliding cover for protecting the camera lens is a plus and the keyboard was very responsive and back-lit which is a positive. The cover protected my iPad after it was accidentally knocked off a table to a hardwood floor. The keyboard easily connected to my iPad through Bluetooth and a couple of clicks of keyboard keys. Given the price compared to similar products, I would definitely buy this cover for my iPad again.

I bought the item for Grad school work on the go to save time and it was definitely helpful for that. I had a few issues after a few months. However, when I reached out to the customer service team, they quickly offered a solution, which was great. The keyboard seems to be great quality and you can detach it from the cover. There’s also a slot for your pen as well. The case is also very sturdy.

This is one of the first cases I have found that allows the bluetooth keyboard to work independently from the case. I like to use my iPad as a daily planner and sometimes, I just want the case. However, it is great to use the case as a stand for the iPad and still be able to use the keyboard a little distance away. Battery holds for a long time and protection is solid. I especially like the pen holder as losing an $100 Apple pen is not my idea of fun when it falls off and you didn't see it happen.

My teenage daughter bought a 13-inch iPad for school and needed a keyboard. After days of searching the internet and reading Amazon reviews, she decided this was the right one for her. I bought it, and when it arrived, our daughter was overjoyed: It looked great, seemed sturdy, and worked well for what she used it for for the first few days. She was absolutely thrilled. Then she discovered that the cursor was much too large (about 1/2 inch in diameter) for several applications. Additionally, when she hovered over links, they often opened automatically without her having clicked the link. In other situations, the cursor didn't perform the task at all—meaning the click didn't trigger the associated action. Furthermore, our daughter discovered that she couldn't select and copy text in Google Docs or Word—that's simply impossible with this cursor. What started out as great joy ultimately ended in great frustration. I've contacted Nillkin several times about these issues, but haven't received a response yet. I even tried returning the keyboard, as the 30-day return period hadn't expired yet. DHL sent the return back to me because it contains lithium-ion batteries, so the package won't be shipped to the US. I wish I could either get a keyboard that's properly working or a refund.
