My primary gripe with this product is that currently the seller has a graphic comparison that says these switches are 12v/24v, but it appears they no longer sell a 24v variant of these. I had one 24v line that needed a buck converter and relay to get it down to under 12v - it would be really nice if these could come in higher voltage. Besides that, these are some nice chunky switches that feel pretty good. The base plate is thick metal, but I do wish they would remove the Nilight logo and off/on stuff - this seems to be laser etched so you won’t be able to remove these. I don’t mind buying cheap products off Amazon, but I wish they wouldn’t put their odd brand names all over things. The LEDs look very nice, but if you look closely the switches themselves have a thin metal plating and are not as solid as I’d like, but that is very minor. The switches turn off when you flip down the red piece, so that is cool. I’d buy them again. ... show more

I bought this switch panel when the first panel (FXC Rocker Switch) literally fell apart. The company would not guarantee any purchases outside of Japan so I had to start over. When the panel arrived, I discovered that the mounting plate was larger than the previous panel so I had to have another box printed. Besides that, the installation went fine--right up to the point where I read the circuit schematic. It showed that all of the "switched" terminals should be wired together. I expect their graphics artist did not know basic electrical theory. The other issue was the lights. Yes, I wanted lighted switches, but these are B R I G H T. I'm considering installing series resistors to get them to glow instead of lighting the room. ... show more

one of the switches had the tab broken off. It was apparent that it happened during manufacturing. The item was laying free in the box. I made an attempt to solder it on, so I am not sure if it will hold up.
