Fabulous camera!

I purchased the Nikon D7500 from the Amazon Renewed program for my daughter. I was originally very nervous spending a substantial amount of money on a refurbished electronic item. I had done a lot of research on items from the renewal program and after reading other reviews and knowing I had time to use and test the camera, I moved forward with the purchase. I’m very glad I did. I was able to purchase both the camera body and lens for the price of only a brand new camera body. The camera works great! My daughter loves this camera and has become a very promising photographer. The picture quality is amazing. I have an old Nikon myself so I was already familiar with the functionality but this newer version has touchscreen for the settings and Wi-Fi capabilities. Nikon is a trusted brand that is always user friendly and it’s definitely a lot of camera for the price. I’m so glad that I made the decision to purchase the renewed Nikon camera. Now that I have, I would feel secure purchasing other renewed items. ... show more

Nice everyday shooter
Set name: Camera w/ Lens
I used to shoot professionally as a photo journalist, but I've been out of the game for about 10 years! My phone is higher res than my previous DSLR!!! I did a bunch of research and really settled in on the 7500! I could afford the FX line if I needed it, but decided that this was a better fit for my needs right now! I've been shooting for about a week now and am really happy with the camera and it does way more than I ever thought! Easy to understand for someone who's been in the Nikon family for years, easy to learn if you haven't! I downloaded the user manual from the website. That made it easier to read through and I'll have it in my phone if I ever need to reference anything! ... show more

Pleasantly surprised
Set name: Camera w/ Lens
I was nervous about getting this but I couldn't be happier with the quality of this refurbished camera. Everything from the camera and lens to the packaging seemed to be brand new. I thoroughly inspected all aspects of this camera and see no evidence it has ever seen the light of day. I've only used it for a few hours now but it seems to work flawlessly. It arrived right on time as well.. ... show more

Hard To Believe It's Renewed
Set name: Camera w/ Lens
The camera (Nikon D7500) arrived on time and was in OEM packaging. It was in perfect like-new condition with no signs of any wear and tear anywhere. There were no nicks or scratches. All parts and accessories that were listed were included in the box including a Nikon camera strap which I wasn't expecting. The one minor issue was that it was sent with a European style plug for the battery charger. They have excellent customer service and sent out the correct plug type right away so I just used an adapter in the meantime. I highly recommend this renewed camera if you want to save a little on the purchase. ... show more

Change your delivery management.
Set name: Camera w/ Lens
Bought it with Amazon prime, but delivery was 2 days latter than expected. Lost 2 working days and about $800, because of the delivery. Thanks… The product is good btw, but I’m very disappointed, because ordered this especially for the scheduled photoshoot and missed it due incompetence of person who is managing delivery. ... show more

Awesome condition for a renew item.
Set name: Camera w/ Lens
I had a Nikon D3300, a Canon rebel T3, I prefer manual settings over auto. And this d7500 is great at any setting.

No user or product manuals
Set name: Camera w/ Lens
The camera and lens were fine( I didn’t use them) but they didn’t include the manuals . These are important for an expensive camera. I returned it. It saidc “ refurbished excellent “ in the description, and that says everything that was originally included would be included . Price was only $90 less than brand new. I should have bought new. ... show more
