These were not easy to find, I had recently been searching for a pair of the Romaleos 4s for quite some time. My Romaleos 3 are a bit long in the tooth as I have had them since '17 or so. I was pleased to find them here and they actually arrived 5 days earlier than listed. The fit is a bit snug at first but the 3s were at first and they are just fine. Super sturdy shoe. You can knock doors down with them! But definitely great when you have 400 pounds on ur shoulders for a deep squat.

Size: 11.5 Color: Blanco Black
These make a huge difference for squatting movements. I was using rubber wedges to elevate my heels which makes it a bit awkward when getting into place for squats. These really help with ankle mobility and my feet feel glued to the floor. I have normal width feet and they are snug so wide feet may be an issue. I normally wear a size 11 and most reviews said to size up and I am glad I went to 11.5 because the fit was perfect but still snug which is what you want foe support. I only use these on leg days because I feel like a Clydesdale walking around in them. ... show more

Just leaving this to say, I followed the advice of the reviews that said these run very, very small. I wear a women’s 8.5 usually, sometimes 9. Nikes in general are narrow and snug on me, even in a 9. For these, I ordered a full size up - an 8 in men’s - the equivalent of a 10 in women’s. I was scared they’d be too big, but they fit perfectly and slightly snug across the width, which is right for this use. ... show more

I ordered a half size over what I normally would wear. I wear a size 12 and got the half size bigger. The shoes were too tight and not comfortable. Had to send them back.
