These shorts are great for any kinds of athletes. My sport is rhythmic gymnastics, and from a gymnast's POV the only thing wrong with them is that they don't stretch enough during oversplits, so my split looks lower. That is only based on what purpose you're buying these shorts for, though. That's why I left my rating at 5 stars.
