The logo on the backpack looks great. The shoulder straps are very comfortable… My only complaint would be that although there are four zipper compartments, there is one at the front that keeps getting stuck every time I try to open it. Therefore that compartment is not usable. I assume that there is something wrong with the stitching but visibly it does not appear that there’s anything wrong. So if I exchange it, how do I know that the problem will go away? So, since the backpack is nice enough otherwise so I choose to keep it. ... show more
