I bought the black and pale pink, 21 L size backpack for my daughter. It was just the right size for middle school. It looks very nice, and it has lots of pockets. She really likes it. It got a slightly lower rating from me because two months into the school year, the strap looped at the top of the bag and one of the shoulder straps have ripped free. It didn’t rip the bag, but the stitching was minimal (only one line of stitches holding the strap to the backpack) and couldn’t withstand the weight of her books. The other shoulder strap is starting to rip at the seam as well. It’s not a huge problem for me because I just took it to a local seamstress to resew the straps and reinforce them. I think once I get the backpack back, it will be OK for the rest of the year. Just want to let other customers know what to expect. Still a nice backpack overall. Update: not long after I wrote this review, another front, smaller pocket tore. The pocket's bottom material's just not super sturdy. The backpack looks nice, though I don't think I can repair this bottom pocket. It's unfortunate since it's less than half way through the school year. ... show more

I absolutely love it! It's seems very durable a sturdy with quite a bit of storage and very comfortable and cute but I do have some complaints. 1. The charging cord it come with doesn't work with IPhones. I even ordered a replacement cord and it still didn't work. Any other phone should be fine I believe 😓. 2. The little front pocket is quite small. Other than that the bag is fine 😊. Edit: It doesn’t last a whole school year, my own bag had both of its bag adjusters broke and all of the straps frayed, my sisters bag front buckle straps frayed and her pocket zipper broke. Not a good choice if you want something for long term. ... show more
