New, in box. Was nervous to purchase based off of some of the reviews but based off the color i knew i didn't have to worry about yellowing. The box was in good condition and the shoes also look brand new. I did walk around the house in them to make sure they fit fine before i uploaded pictures. 95s are relatively durable shoes for everyday wear. However purchasing these reminded me why i stopped wearing them in the first place, they rub my ankles if i dont wear high socks.
