Is secure is very easily but I'm noticing that if I have to adjust it or something the sticky tape wants to come off where it is. But I do like it. Edited to add: because this did not come with the strip of pre adhered Velcro I had to use the small pieces for the sides to attach at the top. Every time I go to open the shade both side of the Velcro pieces come unattached. I’m very frustrated and just want one that is put together correctly like the 3 I have installed on other windows. The shade itself works well, easy on and easy off and comes in especially handy in this season of light til 9 pm! I’m confused because I ordered two and they came with the initial Velcro for hanging already attached with double sided tape. I ordered two more, one had the reattached Velcro, the other did not. I have since requested a replacement and purchased one more and apparently it no longer comes with the hanging strip attached. ... show more
