Ideal for PRS and NRL22. Best image clarity of any scope I've looked through. The reticle is exceptionally clear and can be illuminated at several brightness levels. Tons of vertical travel, easy to read elevation turn count indicator, and an easy to set zero stop so that you can dial back to zero without counting clicks or turns. Adjustable eye relief. The only fault I can find is that you can't zero the parallax to a known distance, because the parallax knob serves as the illumination control and holds the batteries. To my eyes the focus is 10 yards off. Not an issue. You probably won't use full magnification every day, but it sure is handy when you need it. ... show more

I purchased the NIGHTFORCE ATACR 7-35x56mm F1 34mm Tube Durable Precise Illuminated Black Gun Scope figuring at least once in my life I deserved to have the very best scope made. I haven't been disappointed! I wish that I could afford to buy more of these scopes for my other long range rifles, but alas, finances prevent that from happening. Exceptional quality, rugged construction, easy to operate, and highly accurate — this scope has it all. The quality of this scope is really second to none, the feel is amazing, the affirmative clicks on the dials is what you would want and expect, the glass quality is fantastic and clear. The only complaint I have is the exit pupil is pretty small at 35x magnification, this is somewhat expected, however I was hoping it would be better give the insane price tag. ... show more

The scope was repacked in its original box but was not adequately secured and loose during shipping. The scope shader has dirt marks, the scope itself has grass and dirt on it, and the KF knob has black marks, which is why I believe the scope is used. I didn't pay over 3k for a used scope.

Pretty sure the scope was not new. It may have been a return or a demo unit. I have a bunch of NF scopes from another source and they were immaculate and packaged very well. This had dust on the outside of tube behind the objective lens like it was on a display mount or something and the scope was just tossed into the box and not seated in the packaging properly. Obviously can prove and I was excited To get it on my new Barrett MRAD and unleash that 338 Lapua mag downrange. Zero’d and tracked properly and I was hitting steel dead on at 1500 yards after establishing a zero. I also have the 300 win mag and 6.5 CM barrels and I easily got them zero’d at 100 yrds and only had time to get out to 900 and 500 yrds. So far it worked perfectly not stoked at paying full price for something someone had clearly messed with but I let my excitement get the best of me. I probably won’t be buying scopes Etc off AMAZON anymore. ... show more
