I'm so happy with my purchase!! It took me MONTHS to compare all the apartment sized washers. I was so nervous I'd get a lemon and would have to return a 60lb item. I'm sure it would not be cheap! I did look at customer reviews as one way to take into consideration but with the talk about companies buying reviews I kinda took it with a grain of salt. When I finally made my decision I was excited and scared at the same time. When it arrived I set it up immediately, oh yeah shipping was like 2 to 3 weeks out but it came in 5 days!!! Hooking it up was, well, for me was not as easy as I thought but that is because my hands don't have the strength they used to. I had water spraying all over GRHH! But it was an easy fix.....plumbers tape. No more water spray! Drained perfectly into my bathtub, and leveling was easy too. I did 3 loads of laundry that night and it worked great. I am so HAPPY with my purchase!! NOW to hunt for an apartment sized dryer! If anyone has any recommendations they would be greatly appreciated. And as a side note, my household is just me and my pets so my first loads were 2 36"X 36" pee pads , I sprayed the main spots with stain remover added detergent and they came out stain free. Hope this helps someone. I've had a great experience with this product so far!!!

I've only had my washer for a couple weeks but I have been using it and it's great. Not everyone has the hookups in their home for this. You need a way to drain the water that is lower than the average sink but a bathtub works fine. I at first couldn't figure it out and had the water draining into 5 gallon buckets. I had to use three buckets and alternate them, watch the cycles and empty the buckets as they filled up. That is hard to do, especially if you are not strong and you can't walk away from the machine when you do it this way. I made a mess a few times and then my husband helped me fashion a lower drain by cutting a pipe in my home. This won't work for everyone but it's lightweight and easy to roll around out of a closet or whatever. The spin cycle is okay but I still need to get some sort of a dryer soon. I would highly recommend for anyone who is broke and hates the laundromat. This will make it so I only have to go once in a while for blankets and jackets. It gets the clothes very clean and is energy efficient. I'm very happy with this machine right now, I named her Susan.

I was amazed at the ease of use, it is lightweight, simple to set-up. I did have to go to the hardware store for a different adapter for my sink. The noise is hardly noticeable, I was able to watch TV while it was running. The drying/spin option didn't dry my clothes like I wanted, but running the spin cycle twice did the trick. I live in a small RV and I plan on renovating my bathroom sink/cabinetry to incorporate this washer. Otherwise this was a good purchase and I am well pleased.

Only issue I had was that the drain hose was leaking after the setup but after speaking with customer service they were able to guide me with a solution that fixed the problem. I have only had it for less than a month and done about 10 runs from bed sheets to bathroom floor mats. Overall I was impressed with the wash and SPIN performance. I basically air dry my clothes for about 30 minutes and they're good to go. Will recommend for a household of 3 or less in an apartment with limited space.

Hereโs the good news. It works. It actually works very well. The bad news, is pretty much everything else so Iโll go through them one by one. First, be prepared to replace every hose and adapter this thing comes with. The inlet hose is trash. It does not form a proper seal to the faucet and will spray water all over your kitchen and leak water from the back of the washer machine. The quick adapter for the faucet is fine as long as you have a good hose. Thankfully a replacement braided steel hose off Amazon fixes that problem. The new hose combined with the quick adapter the machine came with stopped the water fountain at the faucet and leak from the backside of the machine. I wrap a washcloth around the faucet where the inlet house connects just as an extra precaution against some fine spray that can sometimes come out of there due to the back pressure of leaving the faucet tap open while the machine is in use. Next issue, drain hose on the machine is trash as well. On first use I had to soak up a flood in my kitchen with bath towels because there was about 4-5 pin size holes that started spraying water everywhere the moment the machine went into its spin cycle. As far as I can tell, this hose isnโt replaceable. So I had to do surgery on it with a whole bunch of Teflon tape and duct tape. I managed to stop the thing from spraying all over the place, but the thing still dribbles water underneath every time I use it. The silver thing itโs sitting in in my pictures is a 26inch water heater drain pan. They are about 20$ at a big box home improvement store. However itโs necessary if I donโt want to clean up a flood in my kitchen after every use. Next issue. The water pump is to weak to properly drain the washer into a counter height sink. The reason there is a bucket next to the machine in my picture is because when the washer starts to drain in the sink, after water stops coming out the drain hose and it appears thatโs itโs done, Itโs not actually done. The pump just isnโt strong enough to push the water up and out at that height. What you have to do during the spin cycle is remove the drain house from the sink and place it in a bucket lower to the floor so the pump doesnโt have to work as hard to push the remaining water out. When doing this Iโll get about a full bucket and half of more water out of the machine. If you donโt do it, youโll be left with very wet clothes after the spin cycle. The way I have started doing it so I donโt have to babysit the machine every time itโs in use is I will let it go through its full wash cycle completely with the drain hose in the sink. When I get the beep to indicate the loads done, Iโll put the washer on spin cycle only and stand there for 5 minutes while itโs running in order to move the hose from the sink to the bucket so the machine drains properly and spins the clothes dry as possible. After all that is done, machine is drained and clothes are finished, I then have to lift the entire machine up out of my drain pan and then pick the pan up and dump all the water that leaked from the bottom during the process into the sink. Those are all the issues and that is the reality of what itโs going to be like using this machine in your kitchen. If youโre going to use it outside on a back patio or something where the water can drain to the ground, then the leaks are of no concern. If youโre using it in your bathroom and have the drain hose in a shower stall or tub, then you probably donโt need to do the bucket thing. If you donโt mind putting the whole machine in your tub or shower and running it in there, then you donโt really have anything to worry about. But if you plan to use it in your kitchen, be prepared to buy new hoses, get a drain pan, and a roll of Teflon tape and gorilla tape to plug all the leaks you can. Now with all that being said. It washes my clothes very well and it still beats lugging my laundry down 3 flights of stairs and loading my car up to go to the laundromat so Iโm happy with the purchase but boy were the first few uses a royal pain in the arse.
