It’s actually fun, but if you played Mario Kart your entire life like I did, it wouldn’t be the same playing it cause it’s not , but I recommend it if you and your kids like Nickelodeon like me and my family 💕 it’s sorta like Mario Kart ! Two things I do not like about it is driving in the slime , it makes you go SO slow & when the 3,2,1 starts to count down you don’t get to hold anything down to go faster than anyone else , so your stuck at 10th place until you hit people with your boosters ! I did buy this for my children, and they loved it. They loved the fact that there were so many characters that they could choose from. They also loved that they could race through slime. The hard part was trying to get them off this game as hey really enjoyed playing. I would give this game a 10/10 and the cost is great. ... show more

Bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Initially she was excited but you have to take the joycons off the switch in order to play with it hooked up to the TV. When you do this, I found it was kinda hard to navigate. I like the concept but think Mario Cart is way better. This one it okay for the price and is way cheaper than Mario Kart so it's a nice alternative. I dont think it brings anything new to the concept however. ... show more

It's a fun game. I used to play MK8 a lot with a group of friends and we enjoyed this game as much as Mario Kart. Sadly, 12 characters aren't enough for a game like this. The majority of tracks are fun to play but there are some that can feel repetitive because of the excessive amount of slime. Driving mechanics are good, maybe not as polished as other karting games, but still lets you enjoy the game. I hope that this game could receive DLCs with more characters, this could make the game way better. If you are a fan of karting games or a Nickelodeon fan, you should get this. ... show more

I got my 4 y/o son a Nintendo Switch for Christmas, he had just turned 4 a few days prior. I wasn't sure what game to get him that would be fun but also not too difficult for him, he's never had a game console before. He absolutely loves this game, and its a lot of fun for me too. We take turns racing and have had some really good bonding time with it. Very happy with this game, I don't know that he would even care to play the Switch if it wasn't for Kart Racers. I had gotten him Super Smash Bros but it's too complicated for him. ... show more

I have so much fun in this game lol i got it so my daughter and i could play it but I'm the main one who plays it. I even play it at work, i highly recommend if you're a big kid like me lol
