I got this bag specifically for one day of a three day music festival I went to out of town. I flew in the morning of, attended the show, stayed in a hotel, flew home. I had to take everything I needed to the show with me because I wouldn’t be able to check in before the show. Granted I packed light, but this bag held everything I needed for a day in the sun and an overnight. Ive since taken the bag on a handful of travels where we’d venture out all day without returning to the hotel and it was perfect. Everything I need for the day AND room for some crap I’d buy along the way, one time it was three books and a T-shirt! It was stuffed, but it held it all. I’ve been looking for something a little better quality because I’ve grown to love this style and I can’t find anything that I like as much as this bag. I’m not having issues, but there are a lot little strings from unraveling fabric that’ll eventually cause problems. I carry it almost every day now. It’s gonna wear out, but I figure I’ll carry it gladly until it does. I took the patches off and put a couple of my own on, looks much better now. All in all, great bag. Probably 8L or so. I got this bag as a Christmas gift and I'm enjoying it. It's light, but roomy. I carry my 10 inch Samsung tablet in its protective cover just fine, however, a bulky cover might make it a bit too snug. I also, of course, carry all the "regular" purse stuff with it as well, wallet, tissues, pens, etc. and there plenty of room for all that as well. The back pocket functions very well for my phone, which has a 6.8 inch screen, with lots of room to spare for other items. This bag sits well, whether carrying it facing front or on your back. It's easy and comfortable to wear. I got the green one and it's a beautiful, deep forest green. The zippers are heavy-duty plastic and the clasp on the front flap is actual metal and thick. The side pocket fits a 16 oz water bottle but you do have to stretch the mesh a bit first. It's a snug fit, but on the bright side, you don't have to worry about the bottle falling out either. I can't speak on its durability because I've had it less than a month, but I'm hoping it lasts me for a long while because I really do like it. ... show more

Purchased in 2021, zipper failed and completely came off, rendering the bag useless, BUT it lasted me 4 solid years and held up well, so I’d say for the money this was a good day bag. It had plenty of pockets for storage. Great bag for attending a music festival or a Renaissance Faire etc. It even fit my iPad Mini no problem with plenty of room to spare. You might get more mileage out of it than the 4 years I did, but I used my bag daily and put it through the ringer, so overall this was a quality bag and you’ll definitely get your money’s worth! ... show more

First of all, the quality of customer service at Nicgid is top notch, some of the best I’ve experienced. They really are dedicated to providing the best service AND product. I bought this sling pack, but received the “fanny-style” pack instead, which is also a very nice item. They corrected the mistake, very quickly, I must add. The correct item came only a few days later, maybe even two days. The sling pack was cut and stitched juat as perfectly as the other pack. I bought this for a trip to Ireland, to just have free hands while carrying all of the usual stuff, like water, phone, wallet, snacks, maps, glasses and so on. This pack, as small as it is, carries it all! The pack is just the right size to be comfortable and still fit all of the necessities, with its many zippered compartments. The sizes of them range from protein bar to iPad Pro, at LEAST the 10.5! I counted 6 zippered pockets, a simple yet comfortable padded strap, reflective zipper pulls, an external water bottle pouch(snuggly holds 17oz bottle), an access port for ear buds, metal/plastic D-rings/buckles/zippers(heavy and medium duty strength) and an attractive army green and charcoal colored material. Not too bad for the price. I bought this for my cruise vacation and it was pretty formidable. It has a water bottle pocket on one side and a decorative buckle on the opposite side of the bag which is useless. I would have put a clip or something useful on that side (maybe another pocket?). This is a pretty sizable bag for a sling. One of the black buttons popped off with hardly any use. The material is good and sturdy so you can use it with confidence. The little hook in the front that attaches to the small outer pocket doesn't stay put so it's kind of useless. the pros are you can find a smaller tablet in there with chargers and cables which is cool. I was able to stick my baseball cap in there with some items like sunglasses, passports, tickets, etc. It really made getting on and off the plan a cinch. Won't reorder if I lose this, I'll pay a couple of extra bucks and get something better. Pros: Good size with lots of room Strap is clipped on and pretty sturdy Has a strip handle on the top to hang or hold when off the shoulder Cheap price Cons: One of the buttons popped off without any rough activity.
