I am SO pleased with this product!!!! The customer service, fast shipping, shipping quality, and quality of the actual swing itself are all A+!!! First of all, the 120+ pound item was shipped in an actual wooden box to prevent it from getting damaged in transit. When we went to put it together, we found that many of the nuts/bolts/washers were already put in place to avoid confusion in assembly. An assembly video and booklet were also provided. You don't see this type of quality too much anymore! The swing is heavy duty and SO comfortable. (I bought the double swing) My husband and I are both tall and we both fit in the swing.... cozy yet comfortable.... for reading, looking at the stars and just enjoying the outdoors. I also ordered the cover offered and that is of the same great quality! It has a zipper!!!!!! I plan on enjoying this item for many, many years!!! Thank you for making such a great item! I got this as a gift for my husband’s birthday. He loves to sit outside for house and found this as a perfect gift for him to enjoy and having enough space for us as well or even him when he wants to lay outside.As soon as we built it that night he fell asleep outside! It’s such a beautiful chair and so comfortable! It was an easy thing to assemble and fit so well in our front yard.It very sturdy and hold up for weight ! The swing on this chair is just perfect as well.If I could give more stars I would!

Very happy with this chair. They originally sent the wrong color cushion but immediately customer service made things right. It’s comfy and durable. We were impressed with how well constructed it is. It’s been on our deck for a year now and hasn’t weathered/rusted. The cover that came with it was shipped separately. That cover works well. It’s best to have at least one other person help you assemble it. We had three which made it much easier!

I had been wanting a swinging egg chair for quite some time and searched my local stores because I wanted to see them in person. I wanted it to look nice, but sturdy and hold 2 people. I found NOTHING near me. I searched google and then Amazon. Saw the reviews on this and thought those must be auto generated 5 star reviews. But then read some that really felt authentic. I’m so glad I did. This chair took about 45 minutes for my husband and I to assemble. It’s excellent quality. Frame is super sturdy and it’s perfect!! Exactly what I wanted!! It came shipped in a wood crate- very well packaged and all pieces were included. And to top it all off- it came a week early!!! I orders Aug 17 and it was delivered Aug 21. I also love that it comes with its own cover to protect it from the elements over the winter. This purchase was perfect! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ok so my wife has told me she wanted one of these. So like a good husband I bought it except I got the two seat instead of one. I mean if this is comfortable (and it is) id need to have space for my lumpy butt to sit also. I've got it indoors for now until we finish our porch. It takes up a good bit of space but all in all...it was worth the money. Customer service was quick to help me locate the cover I purchased which was shipped separately but arrived the same day. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase one that they do it from here. Assembly isn't that hard. The instructions aren't very good but the video shows enough to get the job done. 5 ⭐ rating from us here in Tennessee

The chair itself is beautiful, but they sent it with the wrong sized bolts for the base. We contacted the company and they sent us replacement pieces and one still isn’t able to be secured properly because the bolt they sent is stripped as well as the hole it’s supposed to fit into.
