Directions were a bit confusing (pictures were pretty useless) but it was easy to assemble once I figured it out. I didn't bother with connecting it to a paid program - I've got an Apple Watch that keeps track - so can't speak to that. I also didn't bother putting the foot straps on as they're not really necessary. It's not like you're going to fall off if your foot slips. It pedals smoothly and it's very quiet, so I use it while watching TV. Overall, good for the price ... show more

Of the three different brands* that I’ve purchased from Amazon, this is the only one structurally sound & durable enough to keep. 👍🏽 Stays put on my highly polished tile floor 👍🏽 My teens both think it’s cool that the digital display box can be taken out and placed on the counter to show them the: calories, speed, distance, time & ODO in real time. 👍🏽👍🏽Our whole family like to pedal while they’re sitting on their phones. 👍🏽👍🏽 It’s SUPER QUIET & can be used anywhere without audibly disturbing others within close proximity. 💻 📱 🖥️ We just bought this to keep our legs busy while we’re sitting and doing busy work on a phone or computer but… -⭐️ because it’s highest tension setting is barely noticeable. 👴🏼👵🏼A lightweight tension bike might be ideal for an elderly or injured owner 🩻 🩼but I feel that this would be an impractical choice for any sort of strength training or useful to anyone who’s an actual athlete. It’s flesh tone color is ugly but that’s subjective. *All of the other models we’ve purchased from Amazon in the $60 and under range have immediately fallen apart, arrived broken or arrived missing parts. I sit at a desk all day (working from home) and I got this to be a bit more active during the day. I give it a 10/10 - this thing is amazing. Assembly took about 20 minutes and wasn't difficult. I chose to leave off the pedal straps as they weren't really necessary. Note there are TWO batteries included, one for the digital display (which can be separate from the pedaler; I keep it on my desk so I can see how many minutes I've been pedaling), and the other battery is for the internal computer, which is right underneath the spot for the display. The resistance does not go very high, so don't expect this to replicate the burn from pedaling up a hill. Instead, it's good for keeping you lightly active during the work day, and keeping the blood flowing. I do notice that my abs feel a slight burn if I use this a lot in one day. This pedaler is heavy enough to stay put, very sturdy, and to top it all of, it's pretty. I had a cheap pedaler/stepper before, and trust me, this one is worth the extra $30 or so dollars. I've been using it consistently for several weeks and there is no sign of wear yet. No squeaking, etc. Very happy with this purchase! ... show more

    • Solid and very well-made
It’s very easy to use and solid on the surfaces that I use it on. I like the fact that it’s quiet and runs smoothly. I use it sitting on my lounge chair and don’t even notice that I’m getting exercise and it helps my knees.

This just arrived today. It is exactly as advertised. It is so, so quiet and smooth. I love it already after only using it once. Would 100% recommend this bike if you’re shopping for a little under desk bike to use.
