if you buy one of these products the machine works great but the software updates are infuriating. everytime a new update comes out you have to re register the software. you have to do the update then request a new registration key. I'm not sure why they care what version of the software I paid for I use, but it always seems to happen on the weekend after hours and I'm forced to wait for them to reply to my email, in the interim the machine becomes useless until they decide to send the registration key. ... show more
