Works well with motion platforms without taking too much real estate. If you have traction platform and motion platform together it adds a bit of height requirement so in terms of height it’s probably maxed out. I wish that maybe it was another few inches taller. Side arms have to be really tightened up to keep the heavy monitors from tilting, so better do all your measurements first. Moving monitors , changing angles etc is a pain so better figure out all the angles first and tighten up before you put the monitors on. Great quality, excellent finish, perfect fit. ... show more

Pictures don’t do justice of how huge this thing is. Like the NLR elite cockpit, the product well made and every tool need to assemble it came with it.

I purchased this stand Directly from NLR and was very excited to get my 4 monitors set up. But there are some issues. Issue 1: The directions are not that great so take your time ( Tip: try and figure out where to put the cable management clips before building otherwise you'll have to disassemble most pieces to install them . Issue 2: As a free standing unit, as long as you dont bump, move it after final set up you'll be fine. This stand is not the most rigid but does the job OK. ( I've moved it gently about 1’ and my monitors are now un-aligned enough to have to readjust ) Issue 3: The biggest issue i have is the adjustability of the monitor placement. Very bad design. Needs way more ability to freely set up the monitors. Also the arms holding the side monitors sag big time when slightly loose so good luck with getting monitors perfectly Angled / Aligned . The quality of the packaging and materials is very good and the stand does look pretty cool all set up but the flaws really make it hard to recommend. I think taking another stab at this may yield better results. ... show more

I really like my NLR -GT cockpit so decided to splurge on this triple monitor stand as my introduction into 8020 configs. Understanding NLR documentation is... challenging, I started to build only to realize that the product listing of four 200mm VESA plates is not what I received. The center display uses two vertical mounts that while work fine, extend past my 32" monitor. Also, check your monitor's port location. The huge 200mm plates don't have a large enough cutout to access _any_ of the ports. But the biggest reason for my 2 star rating is customer support. My first inquiry was responded the next day (looks like support is in AUS timezones) was: "please send us pictures of what you described :)". Which I did. Their response the next day was "yeah, that's rolling stock to accommodate more monitors :)". So when I immediately responded on 1/ how to get the part shown in the listing and 2/ do they have any 100mm mounts that work with the extruded sidebars... crickets. No response yet. This is a beast of a stand, and I had to break the Styrofoam to some of the pieces out, so not sure if I can return this or not. Would NOT recommend this stand for racing or flight sim enthusiasts. ... show more

The side arms will not carry a 39" monitor without a support bracket that i had to provide. it is taking hours to setup and when all said and done two side monitors are sill out of level. Through the box out or it would be going back. NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!!!!!!
