TLDR: It's in expensive. Plugged it in and it just worked without any help or software. Highly recommend for the price. Pros: It's cheap. It just worked out of the box. No software to download. No anything really. Has a privacy flap you can drop over the lense to make SURE people aren't acccidentally seeing things they shouldn't. Picture looks good. I don't see any real lag which watching myself in meetings(works in Zoom , Skype, Discord and Teams so far with zero issues). Mic does a great job. No one has any issues hearing me. Cons: I wish it had a removable power/usb cord. I can totally unplug it from my PC if I want to make sure it's off or to troubleshoot any potential future issues, but that's a pain to get to given how my office is set up. If I could just unplug it at the unit itself which is sitting on my desk right in front of me, that would be far better. But, that's really a tiny "con" and more of a "nice to have" feature I hope they implement later. Summary: I wasn't sure about lag and compatibility issues, but it was rather inexpensive and figured I'd give it a shot and return if any issues. I've had zero issues. Everything works correctly right out of the box and I'm very pleased with it. I do recommend this product for meeting software and other conference calls. Higher quality than I expecte and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Needed a replacement when my old (other brand) camera quit on me. This works great and was pretty easy to install. Better picture and less audio issues than before. Install requires me to unplug and plug in a few times but finished up in 10 minutes and good to go. Company has great customer service as well.

The camera works great and is good quality. The software features and good as well. I gave it 4 stars because nothing irritates me more than having short cables. Why can't companies put a 6ft cable on something? I had a Logitech camera before this one and it had a 6ft cable...but not this one. So beware if you need distance, besides that, it is well worth the price.

Since transitioning to a work from home environment, I found it difficult to find a web cam that had a decent image, adjustable field of view, and was easy to use. Well, my search is over. This camera is just that... easy to use right out of the box. Once I downloaded their configuration software, adjustments were super easy and worked great. The adjustable FOV (field of view or zoom) will allow for a wide shot, or zoom in on just my nostrils, if I wanted. This was exactly what I was needing as I find too many cameras are a wide shot for groups or rooms, where this can zoom to just an individual and zoom out the background. Auto-focus and quality are 4 star as they tend to have a slight delay, but not bad for the price paid. I have spent way more for much worse quality. For the average user this would be perfect. I really like the included privacy cover for when not in use. I no longer have to sketch something up and custom 3d print one. If you are looking for a really good mid-level priced webcam full of adjustable features, then look no further. Just go ahead and click the "ADD TO CART" now and you won't regret it.

I had bought this with not much intent of using it regularly so I had looked for whatever run of the mill cheap one I could find figuring I’d never really use it anyways. I was pleasantly surprised with the video quality and it is pretty good. The microphone quality, however, sucks. That is to be expected though. The cord isn’t very long at all and that is a disappointment to me personally but it makes up for it by having a privacy shutter which is relieving to see a company that acknowledges that YES the oven mitt probably IS watching you but WE won’t LET them if you just flip this little piece of plastic down.

This webcam is good if you aren’t using it all day every day. I work on Zoom, like my office is literally Zoom. We all sit in Zoom all day working with each other. I mean 8-12 HOURS a day. Okay it has good quality picture. It worked great to start. My internet speeds are great. I fought with my ISP for MONTHS. First we upgraded my speeds. Then I bought a new router. Now they came and put new Ethernet ports in my house. It has all boiled down to my issue being THIS WEBCAM. UGHHHH. So my issue is working on zoom my video/audio Lag is insanely terrible. Like 5-15 seconds bad. There’s feedback on other peoples end. My computer is new. I am Ethernet to the wall. My CPU is not running high. I deleted zoom, redownloaded. Messed with tons of settings on my computer, worked with zoom support. Literally all boils down to this damn webcam. And honestly I like the webcam. The picture quality is good. It’s the freakin audio/video lag. If you just need a webcam for a short amount of time a day or aren’t in massive zoom meeting all day. This is great. But for me and my needs- it is not. Ugh time to find a new webcam.
