If the metal nipple gets pushed in during shipping, just use something blunt like a dowel or screw driver handle to push it back out to where the barbs are on either side of the rubber. The original has a spring hose clamp here. Reuse it or use a new one to hold the nipple in place. People complained about it being tight on the engine side; You just need something smooth and strong to act like a tire iron to work it on around the lip of the throttle body. I used a spring puller but had to be VERY careful not to puncture it. I used all the original hose clamps. What a great savings and I'm getting better gas mileage. I figure this is because the old broken one was leaking past the airflow sensor. ... show more

Works like the OEM one! And even feels like it will last longer than the OEM! The smaller end was a little hard to get on, but I believe it’s because it’s new. The vehicle is now quiet as a humming bird, and my neighbors don’t here me coming anymore, lol. I would recommend this part to anyone with a 04-08 Acura TSX.     • As many have said - does not fit throttle body
Way too small on the throttle body side. The clamp is the real issue - won’t hold the boot on. I used a heat gun to make it flexible. Used soapy water to get it to slide on then bought a worm bracket from the hardware store to keep it tight. Wanted to return it but I was out of luck as my old one shredded taking it off so I HAD to make this work so I could drive my car. Overall, bad quality control ... show more
