Place a measuring tape around your head, one inch(25mm)above your eyebrows then down to the topof your ears (see diagram). Do not pull too tight onthe tape.If possible,ask someone to help measurefor you. Love it! This cap is VERY sturdy! I decorated it, it was very comfortable and fit my head very well. I wore it ALL day long at Magic Kingdom and all the workers congratulated me! It survived Disney World, need I say more? Great Fit I’m the girl in the middle. I had originally bought the basic Jostens cap that came with my gown & I screwed it up by decorating it & it was upside down as well as too heavy so I figured amazon wouldn’t let me down.
