This fish bowl is not appropriate for any actual living fish. The bowl is small and it is a bowl. Fish need filters to keep water clean, aeration , space to swim around and explore. This bowl shouldn't be marketed for fish because it is not a humane home . If you are buying this bowl so that you can fill it up with jelly beans and have people guess how many are in there, or for some other purpose other than being a fish home, this bowl should do just fine. But if you are thinking this is going to be the perfect bowl for your pet fish- please have a little bit of empathy, take at least a few minutes to learn about taking care of fish, and skip this product. ... show more
