**UPDATE - Just got new filter and was amazing to see how well it works. I even vacuumed the used/old filter before taking this photos. Works great! Before and after about 4 months in our little 2bed apartment. And I just vacuumed the dust off the dirty one before taking the photo, so there was a good 1/16th" of dust/allergens etc on the used filter. Great to see the impact of this! Going on 5th month of use. Noticeable dust sticks to it indicating great filtration. Only thing is I get this spinning white symbol across screen, 3 red dots below...but I can still turn on/off, 1/2/3 speeds etc.

I loved this air purifier second one I’ve owned. Now…..5 months into this one I’m getting the circle of death….display spins and spins. First one failed after 1 year, so I had hoped to get at least that time with this one. Great while it was working Edit…..support contacted me and the issue is resolved. So grateful for quick response. Love this air purifier and would buy again. So few are wall mount and this price range makes it even better! The only thing I would change is the cover. It used to be a grey fabric. It’s now a plastic grid, so I used the cover from my original one.

Excellent product. It looks basic—indeed basic because it doesn't include upgrades and add-ons like an ionizer, which aren’t really necessary—and that’s an advantage. It’s actually one of the few reasonably priced devices on the market that can be mounted on a wall. It’s unclear why people choose devices that take up floor space. Additionally, its operating voltage is 110–240V, which means it works in Europe and outside the US with a simple adapter. Another advantage is the Tuya integration, which allows, for example, operation only at night or on dusty days—everything is configurable. The only downside is the lack of a secure locking clip for hanging; with relatively light contact, it can come off its mount.

This purifier has been a great addition to our home. It works exactly as advertised—dust, pollen, and pet hair are noticeably reduced, and the air feels fresher in the room. One feature I really appreciate is that it can be mounted up where kids can’t reach it. My son has autism, and being able to keep it safely out of the way makes a big difference for us. DON’T BUY. ITS NO GOOD. Had it for bout a month when it started making a digital repeating circle and quit letting do anything from app. Thought it was just the filter we replaced it and still no luck. Waste of money, and money on filters added to the hurt. So We love ours I thought one day that I hit a button on a the remote and it started getting high speed on the fan setting and then it dawned on me that I just sprayed my dry shampoo and it senses it and the fan speed kicks up to pull the bad fumes out of the air quick it’s not loud it’s cute in my dresser and super user friendly

The app temperature doesn't change, it's always in Celsius. The app will not turn this air purifier off when set with a schedule. The only reason I am considering sending it back is because of the poor performance off the app. I like the unit but not for the current price. If your a prime member the air purifier is cheaper. If a cheaper price is offered to us none prime members, I would buy another one. I control mostly all my electronic devices from my phone, because Dreo has one of the best optimized apps out there. Having a wall mounted device is great selling point. The app has started responding but not at 100%. The price should be reduced because the app is a part of the selling points. I am updating my review because of costumers service at NEWPAD. A great quality product is only part of a selling point, costumer service is the rest. NEWPAD reached out to make my experience a better one. I appreciated that. Like I said, the unit performance is outstanding, so much that I purchased one for my kitchen. No more running to the manual unit. Set this air purifier to auto and just forget it. Bad or good odors will be removed from the air. If you use anything to make your home smell better, you have to turn off your air purifier. If your good odors are hard to smell or not at all, your air purifier is working.
