I got this laptop for my wife as a replacement since her old Dell died-- have had for just under 4 months and when she went to close it one side of the screen popped apart at the hing and almost broke the screen- Trying to contact someone about it has been a little bit of a hassle as well, have not been able to find any info yet on how to contact people to find out what can be done!! ... show more

Do NOT bother buying this to save money. You get what you pay for. I've been a life long DELL owner. Thought I'd save money, it has NO touchscreen. It is slow. Every time you click on a webpage it times out. You have to keep hitting refresh. I have the most current Antivirus, I hate this laptop and we have ALWAYS OWNED Dell Desktops and Laptops. DO NOT go cheap - buy the better model. Even though $1100 it won't make you cry when you need to use it. Never again and will not buy a laptop on Amazon either. If you go directly to Dell? At least you have support. Same with Best Buy. ... show more
