    • UNSAFE!!!!!!!
The safety strap that goes around the tree will not hold the buckle will slip and slip bad!!! The strap that connects to the tree strap and the harness is 1 inch wide and may hold 350 pounds but if you weight in at 180 and fall your putting 500 + pounds on the strap. The next issue is the carabiner that come with this is a cheap aluminum key chain holder type that broke lifting 20 pounds. This is a complete waste of money and totally unsafe!!! ... show more

Buy for harness only. Security tree strap was designed by someone who hates humanity. The loop is put on the same part that is the release. One fall and you effectively tug the buckle OPEN! Also the carabiner that comes with it is, honest to God, the same quality as the ones that come on dollar store hand sanitizer! Not even kidding! Only reason I didn’t return it was it is a decent harness, just plan to upgrade everything else. Paracord and your keychain clip would be better than the tree strap and carabiner that comes with this set up. ... show more

It's comfortable and is easy to adjust. It fits my husband who wears a 3X in mens. It's a little hot to try it in a tree stand but I'll come back and update on how well it works for falls in season. It feels sturdy and should do what it should. The quick connect strap is nice.

We haven't fallen out of a stand ever, so we don't know if this is actually safe. However, the materials and construction are on par with the other name brands we have. We like the aerospace style double toggle buckles at every connection. This loses a star because I'm 6'2" and a muscular build, yet there was not enough room for adjustment on the straps to snug this up on me for warm weather gear. I have a 33" waist but know hunters that are twigs and others that are big ole boys™. If you are thicker than me than I recommend this harness. ... show more
